I have never been to a taco bell and thought “this is worth 32 dollars for a meal for two adults and a kid” until now.It may sound weird but this is the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to?My crunch wrap and taco were still crunchy, my modifications were done, which is very important with my dairy allergy.Very fast service, very calm atmosphere (probably because of the location.) I ain’t never been this happy inside a Taco Bell.Keep up the good work!Dietary restrictions: They didn’t mess up my modifications for my dairy allergy.
The staff here is fantastic and very attentive. I drive out of my way from work to get lunch from this location instead of the one much closer. I ordered online and I made a mistake and they were above and beyond at helping me understand so I won't do it again.... SO

The place was clean, the food was fine, but the employees have an attitude. I ordered a combo meal and was not provided a drink cup. When I asked the employee with no name tag looked at me as though I was trying to steal from them until I showed him the receipt that said a drink is included. No apology or anything. Freddy's has pulled this a couple times as well, starting to think they may be owned by the same franchise.

went thru drive thru, got to the window and remembered that i needed to order 2 other items. The man say nope you cant. Told me that I had to drive back around because they were on a timer, a 3 minute timer. I said what? he said its a corporate rule. (no customers in line behind me)So corporate is are more interested in a timer than increasing their revenue? Wow is this backwards? I bet their revenue that paid for the timer........

5.88$ for a Cheesy Gordita crunch. Came at 11:30pm. Took hardly anytime to make, however it was freezing cold with no cheese. Definitely won’t be back.
I eat here often on my lunch break and it's consistently good!I eat inside, bc I know a little food hack from working in the food industry... drivethru food has to be made quickly and sometimes dine-in orders may be slower but can be made with more care.Anyway, hopefully the lobby will fill up, cause they play good music and the staff was very kind. Tables and floor were very clean. Go in next time instead of drive thru and eat! It's a nice change.

My friend and I ordered some food but we signed in asl for a social experiment. The lady at the window was super nice and knew what to do. She had great customer service skills. We went at about 8:30pm and we were shocked at how quickly she responded to help us. We called back 45 minutes later to tell her how she did such and amazing job and this lady picked up the phone and was defensive when we asked what her name was. She wouldn't give that info to us and we explained how we wanted to thank her for her kindness and how she treats people and she said "uhhh I cannot give you that information uhhh" and then hung up the phone on us. We were pleased with this establishment but this lady when we called was super rude. 3/5 stars

FYI for the night manager,Your crew has zero care or lack of training on how to make your food. Either retrain all or let them go. Sad to see and honestly pathetic. Do better. It's fast food not landing on moon.
