The employee was mad at me for picking up my order. It was wild. He told me I had the wrong location, when I showed him that it was correct, he said he didn’t have an order for that so it may take awhile. He then proceeded to find my order. When I asked him for the drinks I ordered he’s was mad again and passed them to me aggressively. I said “sorry for ordering food here!” And he simply rolled his eyes and walked away.

This place has gotten my order incorrect a few times and the food is very stingy with the portions but charge you for added sauce. I've told management multiple times about my unfortunate experiences and they've ignored me each time. I will not return to this location. The staff are polite but the management obviously doesn't give a damn about standards.

Leaps and bounds better than the noblesville T-Bell. Orders have always been right and fresh. Other say they get bad service here but the numerous times we have went the staff have been the staff has been pleasant and or energetic when talking to. Inside is okay, but they cater to the drive through so it’s fair that others don’t find it as enjoyable.

We live in Noblesville about 0.6 miles from a Taco Bell that we avoid. We highly prefer this one due to the night and day difference between the two. This store must have good management. It appears clean and taken care of. The service is always quick, polite, and thorough. The food is always hot, plenty of ingredients in each item. I am never disappointed. Major kudos! I’m convinced the Noblesville Taco Bell is serving dog food. Wish they’d finally learn from you guys.

The nastiest staff I have come across in a long time. I stood in this restaurant for at least 10 minutes noone even acknowledge my presence. The staff made eye contact with me several times. They were singing; talking amongst one another. When I finally asked why I was being ignored the manager PAIGE began to get defensive and the staff begin stating I was being rude and refuse to serve me. The guy working instructed me to report him, as he was unbothered. The behavior of the entitled, turn it around on you so I am alright with my behavior. Well, it's a good thing for cameras, they were rolling the entire time. Get a new staff, the atmosphere of an establishment is solely based on your staff. The food can certainly be replicated; it's Taco Bell for goodness sakes.
Taco Bell please do better, your food is always best but sometimes you make your customers disappointed,

Gone from 5 stars to 2. These days, it's rare to get an order prepared correctly. Sometimes they just don't do as the order asks, other times it's obvious they just don't keep their areas clean. Was obvious that someone either accidentally spilled sour cream in the lettuce and didn't care enough to clean it out, or had it all over their gloves. Taco had small dollops of sourcream covering the lettuce. Not enough to where it seemed intentional, but definitely enough to where someone should have noticed.

Just came in for a taco, nachos and cinnamon twists and i got NO cinnamon twists and this isn't the first time this has happened. I called MULTIPLE TIMES and the workers picked up and then hung up 5 times before they actually talked to me and then said i had to come in for a refund. BULLSHIT
