Great concept and very good food. Service was excellent and all were very friendly. Adult nephew had chicken quesadilla and I had the Korean steak burrito. I was going to buy nephew a churro as it was his bday and they were kind enough to offer it for free to him. I was more than happy to pay, but they went above and beyond for him which was special. My only minor negative was that I would have liked a bit more "Korean" flavor on the beef and a bit more heat/spice, but I'm not reducing the rating since this is probably just my personal flavor preference. Overall, I definitely will return, and have no doubt my nephew will as well.

TL;DR Mex/Korean mix-up that doesn't quite work together flavor-wise, but service and quality are there. Suggest treating this as a Chipotle alt rather than a unique fusion joint. We've been eyeing Tako Seoul since it opened, being big fans of both Korean food and tacos. Target demo, that's us. Unfortunately, the food just didn't do it for us and we won't be back. App ordering was super easy and the food was ready on time. The staff inside were very nice when I picked it up, they went out of their way to be friendly. The inside looks clean and modern; though I didn't see anyone in line or dining. It might have been too early for lunch. The food wasn't special. It was definitely confused, where you either committed to Korean flavors (I did) or you kind of dip your toe into fusion (my husband). I did a burrito with fried rice, Korean steak, kimchi and corn salsa with fajita veggies. I should have skipped the veggies, because the peppers and onions were too much. Corn was fine for texture but didn't add much else -- it was really mostly bulgogi beef and kimchi flavor, which was not bad, but didn't speak to a good fusion. I saw someone else said it was less fusion, more clash, and I think that's blunt but accurate. My husband kept things more Mexican with Korean steak bowl but pico, cilantro white rice, guac on the side, etc. and he agreed he would skip the veggies again too -- too big/much. The sauces...Tako sauce is very similar to a spicy Mayo. Bang Bang Sauce. It was a little too mayo-heavy for me, especially in Korean flavors. The Seoul sauce was just a salsa, I think? I ended up using that one on the burrito but it didn't add much and I preferred the kimchi/bulgogi vibe. Prices are comparable to everything nearby, which isn't good news to anyone but definitely shouldn't be a negative here in particular. Overall, this place is likely best treated as an alternative to a Qdoba or Chipotle. They have some unique options those places don't, but the concept is the same and you'll likely get the best bang/flavor if you stick to the classic taco trappings.

I went Saturday afternoon. We wanted to eat here because of all the reviews we have been seeing. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of my food. The service was great. The workers were nice, knowledgeable about the food. I got the taco trio 2 teriyaki chicken and the steak. I got them street style , onions. Salsa and I believe cilantro. And their house sauce on the side and I got corn salsa. Im sure the corn salsa is made daily but it was a little bland. The biggest no no was the shell. They had the grocery store brand La Banderita. I seen the bag as the worker was taking my shells out. They heated them on a flat/ heater for like 5 seconds. So the shells doesn't get any crispiness or any browning which makes them a little rubbery. We have tacos all the time at home and this brand of shells are Notorious for tearing and breaking. It's so annoying. So while the nice workers was making my taco I noticed as she making tacos, my taco shells were falling apart. So I asked the worker for new shells. She so graciously gave me new shells and made me new tacos. Because of the rubbery shells I really didn't enjoy my tacos. I highly suggest and consider a new brand and method of heating your shells.

I popped in for lunch, one day with a coworker, and we nearly had the place to ourselves! After perusing the menu, I opted for the Korean steak bowl. Aside from the fried rice and the kimchi, all of the other add ins and toppings (queso, rice, beans, cheese, salsas) were similar to what you would find at a Mexican fast-casual place like chipotle or Qdoba. I asked the staff if they planned to get more Korean toppings and they said they hoped to. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. And, the food was pretty good. I would like to try it again if and when there are more Korean options on the menu to make it feel more like a fusion experience and less like a Chipotle or Qdoba Korean inspired meat option.

Well, everything was tasty and the concept was good. I would've wished for deeper Korean flavors. I will return until I've sampled most of the menu.

Take Seoul is a cool concept with a little refining to do, but there is tons of potential. After reading the previous reviews, I opted to skip the proteins and did a create your own quesadilla w/ fajita veggies, pico, cheese, and "tako"sauce, I found everything to be prepared well and flavorful. The veggies were fresh-ish. My friend had the taco trio, and did not enjoy the Korean beef- instead of a fusion he said it was a flavor clash. The queso was not made in-store and tasted commercial, but tastyish. Overall, I would most definitely take my teen instead of Taco Bell, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to go. Service was amazing.

Really good food. You can taste the quality. The Korean steak burrito and chips & queso were excellent. The staff was great too. I'm removing a star though because the prices are high. $16 for a fast food burrito and Coke? C'mon, man.

Tako Seoul has taken my heart!!!! The moment I bit into my burrito with teriyaki chicken and fried rice, I knew I'd be back weekly! I love the Asian/Mexican fusion! It's brilliant! Kids meals are about $6 with chips and a drink! Kids loved their quesadillas! I also ordered a teriyaki chicken quesadilla to go and devoured it for dinner later. We also ordered the cheesecake churros. My son gave them a 100 out of 10! And he doesn't even like cheesecake! I also liked them but would like the option for churros that aren't stuffed too! Sometimes the stuffing inside makes me feel like I'm eating a raw pastry. My mom ordered a build your own bowel. Whether you are making a bowl, burrito or taco, you can pick your own fillings which is great! My suggestion would be to put the names of the items along the food bar so that the names can be read as the customer orders. Some items like guacamole and kimchi are an extra charge so I had to keep trying to look at the tv at the beginning of the line to see what the names of each food item was that I wanted to ask for and if it was an extra charge. They have an app so be sure to download it so you can accumulate points! I've gone twice and already have enough points for a free drink and free chips and dip!

Pretty simular to Qdoba and Bibibop in that you chose a pre-made bowl or build your own. They also have burritos and tacos. The difference is this is a asian/ Mexican fusion of flavors. I had Korean beef as my protein. They have fried rice as an option and some spaces that are Asian flavors other than that. Everything is pretty similar. White rice with cilantro, grilled veggies, beans, lettuce, salsa, etc. They did have cream cheese filled churros with carmal and chocolate dipping sauce. Everything was just average taste, quality wtc... not bad, not excellent. The guacamole was so so mostly avacado, a very few onions sprinkled in and a tiny cilantro, not sure what else was in it, couldn't place it. Definitely no tomatoes or spice. Everything was pretty bland until I went back and asked for some sauce to add a kick. They gave me the popular house sauce/aoli that was perfect. Not too hot but added just the right kick. If you are in the area. This or Qdoba or Bibibop... what ever is your fancy they are all pretty equal. I would not drive out of my way to go here, but if in the area... ok might stop thru... if really hungry. There not much "service" per se. Just folks slapping you choice into a bowl or burrito shell or taco shell... but one server was really nice. One was all business, and nobody was rude, so I would say serve alone 4 stars

I recently got the chance to visit Tako Seoul. First I will start with the fact that I was greeted immediately when I came in. Matter of fact everyone including the owner made sure that they spoke and asked me how my food was. The customer service was excellent. I ordered the quesadillas and my daughter had the bowl. Both meals were good. My Daughters on critique was she wished that her meat was warm. The food absolutely has a unique taste. The restaurant was extremely clean! Both in the dining room and in the food prep area. I will for sure return to try some other items on the menu. It's for sure a place you need to add to your list.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Absolutely fantastic! I've been hearing about this place for ages, and I finally made my way there. The line was short, and I could order right away. The setup is similar to Panda Express or Qdoba. The menu offered a wide range of combinations, blending Mexican and Korean flavors. I opted for The Trio to sample three different meats and flavors, loading it up with heaps of veggies! I also went for the Verde sauce and queso. Meanwhile, my mom went for the quesadilla with Teriyaki and spicy chicken. Every bite was bursting with flavor and simply delicious! I devoured it all... well, almost all of it. I took the leftovers home, and they were still tasty even after reheating them in the microwave. Def will be coming back!

Went on Saturday , they had just opened, the food was obviously leftovers from the day before being reheated. Which was fine but it was served to me luke warm. Even if it was hot & fresh.. it just mediocre to average at best. I really wanted it to be good.

We have wanted to try it since it opened and finally had a chance (its been a busy time in our life and we haven't been eating out much). The staff was super friendly. They let us sample the different meats before we decided. They were very helpful when asked what they thought went together well. Food was delicious. All around great experience.

W O W . Everything is delicious. Staff is super friendly. They don't skimp on portions either like chipotle. Chef inspired Tacos are excellent
