first time order. just picked up a to go order. thats what i get for not checking the order. explicitly asked for lots of wasabi and ginger, and got a few slices of ginger and a tiny ball of wasabi with my 5 rolls. not a good first time experience and definitely not coming back. sad since its the closest sushi place for me.

This was the first time I've been here and I really like the atmosphere. Food was good, but let me tell you about the bonfire roll This was the best roll I've had in a long time the flavors, that was baked/cooked in front of you, no words can tell you how delicious this roll was (to the point the burnt rice on the foil was good too). The orange blossom roll with salmon and jalapeño was a nice spicy with every bite. The beehive was very flavorful and light to the taste.

Excellent sushi! We went on a Tuesday and had the place to ourselves, which is a shame because this place deserves to be doing a lot of business. Nice atmosphere, great service. Looking forward to a return visit to try more.

We were pleasantly surprised with the food here - and the price was very reasonable. The only drawback was the slow service of food - we were the only one there and it took more than 15 minutes get our food . Regardless of the wait - the food was delicious!

Went to the brownsburg location for the first time yesterday. I was a bit confused, the menu we were given was much smaller than the menu with a lot of options shown online. Everything tasted fresh! Service was fast. Our server Nick, very kind. Even tho it was a limited menu, it’s a great snack/lunch place. Hubby and I will be back.

This place is AMAZING!!! I love sushi and I've been wanting to find a new place and we loved it!! We got 5 rolls and ate them all they were so yummy! We will be coming back for another date night! Service was great and fast as well

Ordered carry out and was told 1 hour to pick up. Ok, no problem… get there to pick up 5 rolls and still not ready after 1.5 hours.. we completely understand short staffing but this is just ridiculous. Ope! Didn’t even START making until 2 hours after order called in

Food was fine but service was AWFUL. There wasn’t anyone else dining. I asked the waitress to split the check down the middle and they hit my card for all of it. We were there a total of an hour an 40 minutes.

I would give a split rating if possible because the dinner was very good. Problem was that it took over 90 minutes from time we ordered until food arrived. Nobody ever came over to give us an update or refill water. There were probably 15 customers in the restaurant in total. Not sure what kind of carry out they were doing. When food finally came it was on a big platter and server didn’t tell us what was what. There were six of us and we weren’t planning on sharing everything. She dropped food off and left without giving us plates. We went and found her and asked for plates and she didn’t bring enough for everyone. Then we had to find her again and ask for soy sauce. It was a total train wreck of an experience. Service is tricky nowadays but these people obviously did not care less that we had gone there for a meal.

The girl on the phone told me my order would take 40 minutes. I came to pick up my order after 40 minutes. As I came I just see my order sitting there and the place wasn’t busy at all. Made me think it was out earlier than what I was told and just sat there getting cold. My gyoza was very cold and looked undercooked. The hostess who gave me my food also sounded sick with a sore throat. And if your going to open my bags to check my food with your hands at least wear gloves. Thanks. Pretty disappointed with how my food was handled. And also I asked for the tuna roll with seaweed on the outside and instead they gave me tuna nigiri. Then when they fixed it and gave me a tuna roll it was still wrong with the seaweed on the inside so I just left not wanting it to be fixed again because I shouldn’t have to ask twice.
