Smoothies are good, acai berry was delicious, however the detox green was missing the bite I expected from ginger, the food, meh, salad wasn't fresh, bagged processed iceberg, processed chicken. Flatbread had more flatbread than \\\"toppings\\\" . Need to keep it simple and just remove food from the menu

My husband and I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The shop is in an easy location to get to and they have quick service! My favorite smoothie is the Bahama Mama but honestly you can't go wrong with any of the smoothies.

What an adorable west-coast-inspired smoothie shack! The design of the shop is so cute, from the distressed wood tables to the brightly colored stools and chairs. I was craving something frozen and sweet, so I stoped by Tropical Smoothie Café to satisfy my need for a day-off treat. After looking at the prices on the menu, I decided that a kids meal would be enough for me (after all, it does come with a free side!) Unfortunately, smoothies are not included with the kids meal, and if you want to add one to your meal, it's $3.99 for a 12 oz cup. I thought this was pricey considering the size, so I opted for a $4.99 24 oz a la carte smoothie instead. My kids grilled cheese was definitely cheesy, but it had a waxy taste to it. My sister got a buffalo chicken wrap, and for the price, ($8.69), it was quite small. Size aside, it was still stuffed to the brim with tomatoes, chicken and buffalo sauce! Also, my sister ordered a "smoothie combo" meal, but she was charged an extra $4.99 for her smoothie! Finally, I thought the staff member taking our order was acting very rudely and was not welcoming. Despite all of that, the strawberry lime smoothie was still refreshing and delicious, but that's the only reason why I would come back to Tropical Smoothie Café.

I decided to stop here since I had a coupon that needed to be utilized. The coupon was buy a food item and get a free 24oz smoothie. When I walked into the store I was greeted and the employees were very friendly. This restaurant is a nice place to get and maintain eating healthy. The location was very clean. I love how they have a rewards program where you get so many points towards free items. Also you can order ahead on the app if you have it. I will definitely be going back again due to the nice prices and the great customer services. That Hawaiian pizza was great I could have ordered it again. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stop at this location

Please note that this place automatically adds a tip on your bill for nothing- you order yourself, you pick up yourself- the automatic tip is ridiculous. Please check your bill, I bet people don't even notice. They will take it off when u ask though. Otherwise, smoothies are very good.
I definitely love a good smoothie...especially after a workout!! Lucky for me Tropical Smoothie Cafe is just across the street from LA Fitness...so it worked out perfectly. The place is bright and open with seating for a team or for a couple of people. The people who work there are very nice and try their best to be fast. The smoothies are tasty. On this trip I opted for a smoothie that had Acai, mango and other great fruit. Next time I'll try one of their green smoothies! Overall a great smoothie spot in a great location!

I come here frequently, and I love their smoothies. I do notice, a consistent lack of communication between the employees. Today 7/14 I waited 20 minutes for two adult and one child smoothie. During that entire time, there was zero communication among staff. I think today would have gone more smoothly if they worked more as a team rather than individuals. Team work makes the dream work, and I wish I saw more of that.

This score is low due to the advertised watermelon mojito smoothie. 1st image is the advertisement and 2nd image is what I got. The smoothie was grey and had a weird taste. Would not order this one again. I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place if I knew it would look like this. I submitted this information last week on the website in the contact section that was sent to the owner. I love this place so getting this smoothie was disappointing.
