I ordered a drink, but they hadn't ice, and there was a half cup on the counter, and they refilled the cup, and given to me, the soda was very flat, the kids meal for McDonald's looks better than the baconator!!

Very much ghetto ... an employee stole my damn card & used it at a gas station . They never followed up with me & they constantly never open on time . I live next door &b even having to go out my way for decent service .

I’m sorry to report this, but this cannot be overlooked. Went in the Wendy’s today at the Fishers, Indiana location. Only one customer in the lobby. Floors very sticky. Very, very empty. One female employee came from the back. I smiled and said “hi,” but she ignored me, went around the corner and got the mop bucket and pulled it back into the kitchen. No “Hi, someone will be with you shortly or nothing.” Husband and I stood up there for a few more minutes just to give it a chance, yet still no one came up. We simply just left. Had 7 cars in the parking lot so they had enough employees. Such a shame because I love Wendy’s. Needs a change of management or shut down.

Good food! Some items were out of stock in the lobby (e.g. cup lids). The only other complaint was the vegetables on my burger seemed a little sparse and old and the soda machine was out of 75% of flavors.

The worst Wendy's experience ever. Wrong food, so slow that by the time I got my chili, the sandwiches were cold, fries were cold, and the drinks were watered down from the ice melting. I will never return.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible organization and timeliness. Waited 20 minutes for one hamburger and small chili. This place just needs to close permanently because there is no hope for this staff.
