This place is hit or miss. When its a hit they have good pizza. But when its a miss- and its been a-miss much more lately -you either get a burnt pizza or a pizza that has been pre-made and sitting under a heat lamp drying out for far too long. I got a pizza last monday ordered with extra paste and the pizza we got was slightly burnt and dried out without actually be hot and fresh. It was barley warm and dried out like it gad been sitting out. Im tried of places increasing their prices and decreasing the quality.

They have two different sets of hours listed on here. One says "takeout hours" so you would reasonably assume the other set of hours is dine-in.We pull into the parking lot and there are signs all over that say "carry out only"....

Pizza was good as always. Very close to pizza king but you can tell the difference. They still have only curbside pickup and cannot eat inside. That's the downfall when the restaurants around them and close you can go in and eat. Must be staffing

Best Arni's / Pizza King (Lumping the 2 together since they are so similar) in our area. I gave up on the Arnis and Pizza King in New Albany. I am not sure why the Pizza from this particular Arnis is better than. The other, but it is. Consistent food quality. Good service - note that they are carryout only.

The slowest pizza chain in existence. You can call ahead if you like, but you will wait for 20 min for pickup regardless of the situation. They do not have indoor service. Instead 1 person walks out to wait on cars, but they are slow as hell. They walk out to get card for pay. Walks in to process card to pay. Walks back to get signature. Walks in to wait for another 5-10 min to grab pizza.Seriously they are still living in a world without the internet. Food is ok, just as long as you do not have anything else to do for the day. They could care less about service
