I would say they have the worst service but that would be an under statement. after trying to call for 30 minutes they will answer with attitude and 9 times out of 10 they mess your order up. tell you 20 minutes and after waiting 20 minutes, you get there just to wait another 25. Quality of food has started lacking and I doubt I'll go back. The new spot is Rigos. they are bomb .com

First of all we made it there at 9:33pm. He took our order at 9:42pm. They closed at 10:00. 1/4/2024. If they felt like they where not going to fix our food right, They could have said that, instead our food was cold. He told us it would be five minutes. Trouble service, cold steak tacos, presentation trouble. He did not care, they did not care. I’d you all don’t want to fix customers order after 9:30pm you all need to make that known, instead of talking customers money. And give out bad food, upsetting customers stomach, with cold steak tacos. Upsetting.

Been going here for years and it’s the ONLY Mexican restaurant I eat at! My food is always made right, they just need to get online ordering.
The food is amazing but it's completely unorganized! The phone line is always busy when you call and when you FINALLY get through, get a order number and go pickup you still have to wait like 25 to 35 mins to get your food. They don't have to option to sit and dine like they used to! (lack of servers?)The younger guy that works there now is fast. But the girls are still struggling and he seems to have to carry them too. Again food is amazing but be prepared to wait a hour plus for your food

Employees can be hard to understand when ordering, It is very difficult to get through on the phone to place an order because its always busy. If they were to set up online ordering, it would be hassle free. Food is always excellent! I order the Steak Buritto Mexicano and Steak Tacos 2-4 times a week. They aren't always accurate on pickup time I generally have to wait 10-15 extra minutes. They have a sign that reads check food before leaving but when they bring the bags out of the kitchen they are tied up and because of this I'm not able to check food and a few times recently my food has been made wrong.
Great food, only do carry out, couldn't get anyone to anwser phone but when walked in the door was helped immediately and 2 dinners took less than 15 minutes. Very nice people and great food. Could work on the inside a little.
