I’m not understanding how they can mess this up so bad…My benefits were sent on a card to a family member of mine who has never even applied.They said to use the benefits that were sent in my family member’s nameWe go to use said benefits and apparently they had sent it on a deactivated card that didn’t have the ability to be activated.They claim they called to fix itI’ve never received a call from themI’m not understanding how you can mess up that badly.

I wish there are Negative Stars to rate them, honestly, I am rating the person who work there, a place has nothing to do with it, when you hired unprofessional worker for the role of servicing people, it affects the company and everyone in it, just because of one person, it affects all the other professional workers, this negative rating awards go to Unprofessional worker “SHANITA”. They don’t care until you’re dead or suicidal. Husband has a broken ankle, found out when his insurance card didn’t work that they sent us a card for him but yet never gave him insurance. Hmm. He works the only hours they’re open and he loses his job if he takes off from work, they also don’t provide work notes so I hope you don’t need your job!!
