As we headed back to our hotel, I found on Google maps that there was an Applebee's nearby. It was 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. Google said it was open till 1 a.m., perfect. We went in circles trying to find it, then realized it was there but the outside lights and sign were off. We stopped, as there were a few cars in the parking lot and we saw people inside. The hostess said, yes they were open, and "Oh, the lights are off? They were off last night, too." WHAT? There were two men at the bar, and one booth full of people . She tried to seat us right next to the booth full of people and we politely declined. The place was empty! She said, oh, yeah, and seated us a few booths away. The waitress took our drink order, and we said we would order when she returned.We watched the server go back to the other booth, then punch something into the machine, and she disappeared. The bartender poured a beer...and served it to one of the men at the bar (obviously a regular). No one came back to our table. No one..ever. No drinks, nothing...We left, and ate cheese and crackers in our hotel room for dinner. This is Applebees?? How does this place stay open?

TOO MANY UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN RUNNING ALL AROUND THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT.. appetizer arrived with no plates no utensils and no napkins. I ordered my hamburgers ? NO BUN and pink. The bun was on it and there was no pink. I won't be back any time soon if at all!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very poor

Do Not Come Here! When we walked in a host stared at us and didn’t say a word. I said for 2 and she held up two fingers walked us to a table and pointed at it. Not one word from her. We sat down and waited 20 minutes before a server stopped to say she doesn’t know where our server is so she will just have to take our order. It then took almost 10 minutes before we got our waters. The food is mostly good and what you would expect but the service was terrible. We never even figured out who was supposed to be our server other than the lady who helped us instead. Mind you we came at 11 on a Saturday so they were not busy at all.

Racist Waiter named Candance. Bad attitude, she messed up our order and then got an attitude out of nowhere when we asked her to fixed it. We had to ask for another waiter, and they sent a waiter by the name of Jenei M to the table and she helped finish us out. The 1st waiter candance took it upon herself to go and start talking loudly to a person named Eddie where everyone can hear even us who were sitting all the way in the front up the steps. Not one time did a manager come to the table or correct her behavior. Never will return.

A few mins after we arrived, a group of 6 that was waiting to be seated left bcuz they were tired of waiting. We ended up seating ourselves. We watched a group of 7 stand and wait to be seated so long they left also. Then we had to ask a waiter to get someone to take our order and when he took our order he asked if we happened to seat ourselves bcuz apparently we sat in a section that they didnt have a server for even tho 3 booths over had a family sitting there. The server told us in a very snooty tone "thats why we wait to be seated". Maybe there should be a sign that says please wait to be seated then bcuz the waiting area at the front door doesnt even look like a host/hostess ever stands there. We thought we were at the wrong entrance. Then when we fiiiiinaly got our drinks (perfect margarita and long island iced tea) they tasted and looked very light on the alcohol and as much as we pay for them we should never have to question whether they even contain aalcohol or not. We are not happy about visiting this applebee's at all. Matter of fact, the only good thing we found here was our waitress Cheyenne. She was very friendly and polite. If it wasnt for her i wouldve given a 1 star rating. I absolutely would not recommend this Applebee's location especially if you are in a hurry.

When I 1st arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman who looked like he had just clocked in. He did not have any menus near by. The wait was 15 minutes and it was not even busy. When we did manage to get seated, our server was no where to he found for 20 minutes. We placed our food app & food order with our drinks. It took to long to get drinks to the table. When the appetizer did arrive, it was cold. Our food came out decent. She never asked nor did she refill my drink. Customer service front the host - 0/10. The manager seemed to be lost just cleaning tables. The server- 3/10. The restrooms were not clean at all. The restaurant floor looked like it had not be vacuum in weeks. 0/10 would recommend this restaurant.

Ordered take out, 3 items total. A side salad, side soup, and wonton tacos. After waiting 15 minutes I received my food, drove home (luckily only 4-5 minutes) and learned they forgot the soup. Tried to call and no one answered. Decided to put everything back in the bag and drove bag. Told them the mistake and waited another 7-10 minutes for the side soup. Needless to say the tacos were cold by the time I got home to eat them.

I went to dine at this location on Clinton Rd on 3/1/24 around 8pm. I have always loved Applebee's and up until last night it was my go to place to eat. I don't normally write reviews but this had to be said. That location was absolutely filthy and the service was horrible. We waited 40 minutes to be seated and looking around I could see more than a dozen tables open but had not been cleaned. Once seated my friend and I sat there another 20 minutes only to receive glasses of water with no ice. The waitress continued to call me babe and sweetie which I found very uncomfortable. My friend and I both ordered steak dinners with salads. We waited another 30 minutes only to have our food brought to us with no silverware to eat it. We sat there trying to get the attention of any member of waitstaff only to be ignored. I finally got up and went to the bar and asked for silverware. By that time my food was cold. Ontop of all that my steak was well done I ordered medium so it was tough and charred to a crisp. My waitress nor any other member of the staff ever came and checked on us from the moment we received our food until we finally had to get up and go ask for our check to pay finally our original waitress named Chyanne C finally emerged after more than 45 minutes later came over and apologize that she hasn't been to our table and when we told her how awful the experience was and how terrible the food was all we got from Chyanne was I'm sorry I hope you have a great rest of your night here's your check. I will not ever return to that location again and I don't suggest anybody else go there either it is just not being ran correctly and the wait staff does not care nor is the food good anymore in my opinion it was so subpar I didn't even want to pay for it but being an honest person I made sure I paid my check and left that terrible waitress a tip even though she didn't deserve a penny of it.
Latoya was a 10 out of 10 I’m definitely coming back to see her. Me and my grandma had a great time with her. We would definitely be back. She’s deserved to get that manager

Came in at 850pm and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. I looked around and there was empty tables everywhere. We waited and were seated and waited again for a waitress to come. We gave our drink and food order at the same time based on how long things were taking. A hour later the food arrived and half was OK the other half was burnt. I wish I could attach photos of the food we were served. This would be the last place I would ever take my family again.
