long wait when half the place is empty and when the two appetizers we ordered come the big classice combo one is cold af. cold chicken bites, room temp quesadillas, and non stretching cold mozzarella sticks. but hey the pretzels were hot!!!! like bring out the one ready instead of letting it get cold waiting. 5 pm must be shift change cus dozen employees hanging in bar loud messing around then zero servers working like uggggg never coming back

We waited at least 55 mins to receive our food. Do not order a steak! Medium equals well done here. Also, my wife's food looked like it was sitting in the kitchen for 20 mins. Only positive thing is the manager handled it well after being informed about the issue. Waitress knew there was an issue with our orders and gave us no communication and still brought us the dry pasta that was sitting and the well-done steak.

Lillian performed a quadruple heart bypass on my wife and brain surgery on my grandfather and still got the food out to us warm and in a timely manner. She even prepared our dessert table side and was able to flambé my blondie!

Food was ok. Nothing special. Server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full. I did have the pot o gold drink special which I really liked.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was ok too. We chose the pizza which was mostly bread with hardly any toppings.
If I could give this restaurant and all of its staff working the day I went negative stars, I most definitely would of!!Please keep In mind that they were not busy at all!!!We waited 35 mins for our normal drinks, over an HOUR for our adult bevalerages. Our appetizer was soggy in grease, all of our food was cold. One of my kids meals they "ran out of" one of the side and served it without it and not explaining or offering another option.The waitress never once came by asking if we needed anything.When we said we had enough and wanted the bill it took her 27 mins to bring the bill then another 15 to bring my card back.This place is an absolute joke and shouldn't be open if this Is how they do service!

large number of seating available but people are told 15 to 45min for seating.....while we was waiting for out seats ..family of 4 left when told 30min wait when again several tables open.....son counted 7 to 10 tables open....waitress apoligized because she forgot us d/t she had other section and forgot we was here.....but it was very nice she apologized.....observation that alot of people doing nothing when they couldve helped bus the tables help the other waitresses.....
