First I arrived at 5:40 on a Saturday. Told the hostess that there was gonna be 12 in n our party n she replied it would be 30 mins. Whn I asked her whn was she gonna seat us she said that there were only 2 servers that night n she was told not to seat us until one the party's lft that pericular section. She could have informed me before we waited until 7 to get seated especially since there were open tables. Not the customers fault they don't have the help. When you leave a review for this place it's always the same response from the owner wanting you to paste the web page below so they supposibly contact you. That's a joke! If they can't get the help then they should close down for the evening. I seen at least 2 parties leave n also seen a family get up frm a table cause they never got waited on....unbelievable, would not recommend this place.

I took my family out to dinner at one of the local Applebee's. I received the worst service from a server today. It took 2 times asking my husband what he ordered for his drink. It took 20 minutes for him to get a beer from the tap. But the alcoholic mix drink came out before the sodas? Don't you think the bar drinks would have both been made at the same time? I was a server for a long time. Then we waited for almost 45 minutes to get our food. Oh wait it still took longer than that. Then when we got upset the server had to tell other tables we asked to speak to the manager. Mind you only 2 meals came out right before the manager came. Needless ti say we didn't even eat our food. There was no need for the server to announce to everyone in the restaurant that we asked for the manager. I understand the short staff, but again others who came in after us were already eating and drinking. That is very poor customer service from the server as well as the manager. We ordered at 7pm. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. But somehow we got shifty service and got attitude thrown in our face. You can bet I'm no longer going to any Applebee's in the town that I live. Not to mention we didn't even eat our food. This happened at the Applebee's on Maysville Rd in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Please train your employees not to blame the customers because they are short staffed. Or maybe you should pay your employees better so they're not so grouchy.

My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. We waited for a little while, with no one at the hostess desk, as the waiting area filled up. When we put our name in the hostess quickly said there would be about a 10min wait before we could be attended to. The whole half of the restaurant closest to Meijer was empty, along with about 1/3 of the side closest to Meijer gas station. I found it odd she didn't atleast seat everyone to clear out the congestion.Then she offered us a chance to sit in the bar. The bartender came from behind the bar to take our drink order. In the meantime a party of 6, 2 familes of 4, and another couple were seated. Not a big deal but they ALL got their meals before we did. We didn't order anything crazy. I got the salmon and my wife got a chicken meal. Might eat Applebee's again but not this location. Which sucks, because we live like 5 minutes from there.

Worst service ever. Our waitress Tammy OTook for ever to take our order and never brought us the drinks! 20 minutes after we were done with our food she brought the check with a to go cup!!!! For sure this will be our last time here!!!!

We were just told we can't be seated for 25 minutes at 315p on Sunday. Kitchen is really behind. The place is nearly empty. The people in front of us are going to N Clinton restaurant!

Poor lighting, couldn't even read the menu. Sat us, a party of 7 in a booth that could barely fit 6. We sat for 45 minutes and nobody came to take our order. Absolutely the worst.

Very disappointed used to be a great place to eat. Has gone down hill. Smells really bad. Food was gross and definitely not worth 70.00. Very dirty place and rude service. Should be allowed to give zero stars.

Although I live closer to another location, this is my new go-to location. Younger crew, but they called, carried themselves as they should and not as kids. I have 2 complaints: 1. Make the pickup area more obvious for those who aren't regulars, so they don't have to walk through the entire place to get to the pickup location. 2. I made sure to choose the option for silverware and got none. Thank goodness I was taking it home, so it wasn't a big deal. Prices have increased, but so has the portion sizes.??
