The food was delicious! The servers were very kind and helpful, especially since there were too many good options to choose between. This is the kind of place to go for a nicer brunch, lunch, dinner, or a date. They have a very good brunch/lunch menu, it does not have many options, which is good.Recommend the caesar salad, brunch melt, fried chicken sandwich, or brisket hash.

The service and food needs so much work. The vibe and environment is gorgeous, but upper management needs to check in on the chef and the poor staffing. Two people alone can’t serve a fully packed restaurant. You need *at least* 3-4 servers on weekends, period. We waited around 30 minutes to order. We waited another 30 minutes to get our basic breakfast food. The servers were nice but trying to juggle far more than they should be. The food was subpar. Ingredients were left off and I ate my cold oatmeal with a fork as it was one giant dense hard blob on my plate. This place has potential but needs way better management.

It was very good but extremely expensive for breakfast. A side of bacon was $4…only 2 strips. Very good service…everyone was very nice.

So this was our second time eating at the Arbor, since we were sitting in the bar area, it was pretty much self-service. When we got there, the place was almost empty, my food was luke warm at best and my pasta Bucantini was undercooked.Ambient was awesome due to the life piano music. But there were not enough service people.

There were 8 people in the restaurant when we got there during Savor Fort Wayne. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter. The appetizers were actually good but I ended up with food poisoning likely from the pork belly. The waiter did box our food but forgot to bring it back to us and we had to ask for it before leaving. Everyone has bad days, but this was a rough one.

Love coming to the Arbor. Polite and friendly staff. Atmosphere is very nice and unique for Fort Wayne. Great place to grab a drink and rest. Especially when the pianist is there. He takes requests too. Cailin is our usual bartender and provides quick, courteous, and friendly service. I can't believe more people don't know about the Arbor.

As I was on my way to the Promenade Park I walked past this place and decided to stop and grab something to eat. I ended up ordering the chicken sandwich which also came with fries. I ate here as opposed to going to the park to eat ( I went to the park after I finished eating). I ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries. Chicken sandwich was actually bigger than I expected it to be. The sandwich was good not great. Personally I wish there would have been cooked a little longer. The toppings were absolutely delicious. I only ate a few of the french fries but they were actually really good. The service was excellent . The total cost of this meal was about $16 if I'm not mistaken.

Had breakfast and dinner here with my husband while staying at the Bradley. Service was great but there weren't very many people in the restaurant so I can't say for sure what it would be like if it more busy. Each server we had was very helpful in choosing drinks that would suit our tastes. Food was delicious. I definitely will add this place to the list of downtown restaurants to go to in the future. Very cute place to people watch on a nice day.

We stayed at the Bradley & wanted to eat at Birdies but it was closed for a wedding. We made dinner reservations prior to our stay at Arbor. We got dressed up & went to dinner. The restaurant was not very busy, yet the hostess was very unwelcoming. I thin young lady with long dark hair. She made no eye contact or greeting & proceeded to tell us that we did not have reservations. I mentioned we could eat somewhere else. She did seat us, but after the off putt and rude treatment we decided to eat elsewhere. Luckily there are plenty of fabulous restaurants in walking distance and we most likely ended up having a much better dinner & experience then if we stayed at the Arbor.
