I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich meal, a fish sandwich and a jamocha shake. We received the jamocha shake and the curly fries and large pop that went with the meal but received 2 plain roast beef sandwiches. No chicken or fish sandwich. So aggravating, and the roast beef sandwich was nasty! Check your drive through orders!

Eight of us stopped in this morning at 1030...Lobby hours say there open at 10. All three doors locked, staff inside and no-one in the drive thru. We rattled the doors and nothing. We took our business down the road to Culver's where they appreciated the $125.00 ticket.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was clean. BUT It was a Wednesday night at 645, and they were out of roast beef. That was pretty annoying, so we probably won't be back anytime soon.
Frustrated I spent my time and money at the Arby’s at Village of Coventry. The place lacked adult supervision. Music is blaring from the kitchen, it is loud! The workers are yelling in the kitchen. The sliced tomato on the chicken sandwich was thicker than the chicken breast, sandwich was cold. The fries were over cooked. I wanted to eat and get out as quickly as possible. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Service wait time is horrible. In the drive-thru, I waited 17 minutes to give my order, and there was only one car in front of me.Food is good, prices reasonable. I wish there was a fish option.Ambiance is good.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Was looking for some easy comfort food tonight and didn't find it here. I ordered a Greek, Gyro (which I, of course, don't expect to be like an actual gyro, but I usually always enjoy). Today, I opened it to begin eating and was already saddened by the lack of substance, especially meat. I then closed the wrapping and swung it around to the other side, thinking maybe it all had slid to the other side. I was highly frustrated when I realized that there was NO meat on this new side. ? Sadness!
