I don't normally write negative reviews. But this just was not a good experience. As we were sat the table we were put at had drops of salsa on it. The food arrived quickly after we ordered. It was ok but we both agreed we have had better. My bean enchilada had really runny beans. My wife asked for some extra sour cream, they brought more than we had expected but it was $1.75 charge for it. All she really wanted was a spoonful. The server really never came back to check on us or ask if we needed drink refills. Two guys were sitting in a booth next to us, not sure but may have been off shift employees. One of them was watching videos on his phone with the volume up high. The other dropped so many loud F bombs in the time they were there, I thought they were filming a Tarantino movie. During the time we were eating, a staff member was running a sweeper next to occupied tables, not most appetizing situation.Overall, we agreed that we wouldn't revisit in the near future

This was our first visit to Arcos. We were seated immediately, at a booth next to the kitchen. The booth next to us was seated with off duty employees. They were fighting (loudly) thru the entire meal, screaming expletives at one another, and banging on the table. They kept going in and out of the kitchen, and up to the front of the restaurant.The server (who seemed to have nearly half the restaurant in her charge), never made eye contact with us. She never came back to check on us after the food was received. NOT. ONCE.The entire time we were eating, the staff was running a sweeper next to our table, and bringing out a large, wheeled bussing cart and it was not only distracting, but it really took away from the meal. Does anyone want a sweeper running next to them while they eat? HARD. PASS.So the food? Well, it was perhaps the worst Mexican food we've ever had. The salsa is extremely salty, perhaps to encourage drink orders. Which might have been okay, had anyone actually asked us if we wanted refills, or something else. The queso was like water.Overall, for a dinner that ran nearly $50, all I can say is that I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The food was good, the enchilada shells were very stale. Had to use a knife to cut them. I gave and just ate the inside. I'm loved the flavor of the food.

I walked in to place an order to-go and Eduardo was very nice. He greeted me with a smile and handed me a menu and took care of the order with efficiency. I ended up getting the nachos supremos and the fried ice cream (AMAZING), and since it was just before their busy hours it was ready for me in just 5 minutes. I work next door and will absolutely be coming back when I'm hungry at work!! :)

I waited a few days before writing this review. I wanted to make sure I was able to convey several unbiased points in this space. First, the smell that greets you at the door is amazing. The waffling aroma of meat cooking is so soft to the nose, not overpowering, but rather a welcome to come in and enjoy. The location is easily accessible, it's at the end of the small strip plaza. Upon entry, I was warmly welcomed by the host. He was pleasant and engaging. Almost immediately after being seated, my waiter arrived. He was courteous and efficient. The table I sat in was near the bar and it had several other patrons in the area. The noise level was average and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My companion and I opted for the white queso with our chips. It had a very mild flavor, I tend to like a little more spice. Our dinner arrived timely after ordering. I had the chimichanga, it wasn't fried, which is my personal preference, but it was ok. My companion had the burrito supremo, he said it was on par with others he had tried. All that being said, the atmosphere is amazing, the staff is excellent, and the energy is top tier. The food is ok, it's ok. I wanted to really absolutely love it and in the end, I liked it. I'll try to again.

Had to ring a bell at front desk for someone to seat us. Stale chips and bland salsa came quickly. Asked for something spicier and server brought out two little cups. One had verde sauce and the other little cup was a spicier yellow sauce. Not nearly enough for the small metal bowl of chips. Ordered a fajita burrito and wife ordered chicken fajitas. Both seriously lacking any flavor. It was so bad we actually went to another place up the street. Review that one later.

Ordered a steak, medium...it was no bueno. Rare and stringy as could be. Shrimp was great. Chips and salsa was outstanding...asked for more...didn't get it. Staff was really nice, just not very good.

Went here with family the other day and not only was there no wait during dinner rush, but the burrito Mexicano and frozen strawberry margarita both were amazing. I highly recommend!
The service was fast and friendly. The salsa was very good. The guacamole was excellent. Ordered the chicken fajitas. They looked great. Loved the rice and beans. The chicken fajitas were kind of a let down though. Not sure if they forgot the seasoning or what happened but the chicken was very bland and really had no flavor.

I'm a chicken fajita connoisseur with 25+ years of dining experience. Arcos Restaurante Mexicano has consistently produced top notch fajitas. The portion size is respectable, the price is reasonable and the chicken/onions/bell peppers are always perfectly prepared. I can't wait to visit Eduardo and this amazing establishment again!

Just moved here from out out of state so it was our first time stopping by today and was very happy with everything. Showed up right at opening with my girlfriend and requested bar seating because i prefer tall chairs. Bartender( also took food order) was awesome, always friendly and smiling, also made a great Grande margarita. Guacamole was made tight in front of us by a young girl, tasted fantastic! Ordered one steak n shimp fajita, gf ordered steak fajita. Both were delicious, very large portions . Drinks were filled quickly, staff was attentive but not intrusive, place was exceptionally clean with a mix of old and new music. Coming from So Cal, I was glad to find a great Mexican restaurant that could hold its own with the good restaurants from back home. I will definitely be back!

Food is always amazing!! Margaritas are delicious (cucumber jalapeño is my favorite and I normally don't like cucumber. Service is great too. This place never disappoints. Wish I had pictures to share but we are always n a hurry to eat the delicious food. Their portion sizes are huge too.
