Staff and management are amazing. All very friendly. I was very taken back when they were very busy and they accommodated the needs of our table, and an older couple walked in and management tried to help them but they threatened her bc they didn’t get their way due to safety and code regulations. The manager handled it very well. Always have had great service and good! Thank you Bandidos Georgetown! ❤️

I got the Quesadilla burger and I would have to say it was the best meal I have ever had at any Banditos. The burger was juicy and the cheese was very good.

We stopped in after being away for 32 years from Ft Wayne. We remembered their macho salad but were sad to hear they stopped making them years ago. But Tamera remembered what it was and even how to make them. Bless her, she came out of the kitchen with 2 macho salads she made herself. Our day was made! Tamera, your kindness was so appreciated and the salad brought back memories of when my mom was still alive and we ate here.

Not good. Not good at all. Friday night at 830 place was dead. Hadn't been there in 5 yrs. We moved out of state. Was in town visiting, decided to go. Decor has changed. Cheap black and white menus. Prices skyrocketed. Ordered kids meal chicken strip w fries for grand daughter. 6.50 for chicken and 4.00 for fries. WTH? I asked waiter and he asked manager to delete she sd nope! He should have looked at the fine print, comes w rice, or broccoli. Never will return again! Used to frequent there once a week back in the day. Adios Amigo!

Had a HORRIBLE experience today at FW Georgetown Banditos.We were told by a server it was “seat yourself”, so we did. Then aVERY RUDE server told us we couldn't sit there, and we had to goback and wait in line. No “I’m sorry we messed up” or anyacknowledgement of wrongdoing. My wife filled out an onlinecomplaint, and we DID get an apology call from the manager (with nooffer to “make things right”), but at the same time he justified thelady's behavior by saying they were rattled by a customer whoearlier cussed them out. While I can't condone that customersactions, given the level of unbridled rudeness and incompetency,I certainly do understand it. You may wish to avoid eating there.Update: As you can see in the response, Bandidos "apologized" just long enough to pivot and basically dismiss the apology by applauding the rude behavior of the Very Rude person who made us leave for sitting where we were TOLD to sit. That kind of fake apology is classic deflection! Pitiful.

Food is definitely fresh and delicious. Margaritas are decent, not cebollas level. Minus 1 star for don't you dare stay a minute after our closing time.

We have not been here for 20 years. To be honest, the Bandidos chain really went downhill from what it was, so we never even considered going back. At the last minute we decided to go and we were pleasantly surprised. The inside was totally different. Nearly all the tables were missing. Just a large empty room with booths all around the edges. The other dining room was made into an arcade and the back side was walled off. The salsa is the same, its ok. The food we ordered however was really good. Not only was it good, the portions were huge and for the amount you got the price was fair. I hope they are able to bring the restaurant back to their glory days. We will not wait as long to go back.

They traded coupons with Pizza Hut now because this one employee no longer works here they will not honor the coupons but they got all the merchandise from Pizza Hut. Got up and left don’t need places like this

Being in a Keto/Carnivore diet, and Thinking I'd find steak or salmon on the menu of this restaurant I'd never tried yet, I was in a bit of a quandary when I discovered they didn't. So... PLAN B.The manager, Cole, was extremely accommodating and helpful in figuring out what we could prepare---and voilá! Her suggestions resulted in a magnificent dining experience I'll not forget.Very good service from the new server, excellent service from management, excellent food quality... I'D GIVE 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE... Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.THANK YOU, Cole!
My fajitas were burned. Sent food back and it came back burned again. I just gave up and ate the salad that came with it. This used to such a wonderful place. I will go somewhere else for my birthday next year.

Waiter was excellent, no wait, food was quick- very welcoming. 5 stars on service but... the food is not the banditos we remember. The chimichangas are back on the menu but come with very little sour cream, no lettuce, tomato, or guacamole. I know, brutal, and its about the get worse... The Spanish rice tastes like it is basically white rice with some bell peppers in it. They need some Knorr tomato bullion with chicken. Service was the excellent tho!

With the onset of COVID-19 and it’s impact on availability of passionate employees, I’ve all but given up on memorable dining experiences. However, the staff at Bandidos today absolutely crushed the ball out of the park. Our server, Anthony, was incredibly attentive (things like seeing me reach for my wife’s special ordered hot salsa and getting me a bowl without being asked), polite, and professional. And, the shift manager (I presume), was equally attentive. I had the steak fajitas and the portions were generous and the food was incredible. If you haven’t been to Bandidos in awhile, go back and give them your business!
