Food is always good the service is pretty good. The only complaint I have is the tartar sauce containers should be a little bigger. When you get a 3pc dinner you don't get enough sauce you have to by extra.

I love this place! Ever since moving to FW, this is the BEST fried fish place. I love their sandwiches and their simple fish dinners best. Hush puppies, cheese curds, green beans (with bacon!) and so much more in terms of sides. They're sometimes super busy, but the wait is difficult only because of how good it smells. I've been there 4 times at the Express location and never had a bad meal.Kid-friendliness: They are so kind to my 2-year-old son, patient and smiling. They made sure we had everything we needed to help our little one wolf down his fried fish. They don't have high chairs at the Express location but the tables are just low enough to the seats that he could eat without one.

Bad service, average food, poor valueI'm pretty sure the kid at the counter was not interested in being at work this particular day. He spent more time watching The Simpsons on the overhead television than helping customers. Small portions, overpriced, and they weren't very accommodating to the handicapped. Yeah, no thanks, I'm good, I'll take my business to the competition.Update: 2-24-23…I was scrolling through my reviews and realized this was one of my first reviews and I should probably update it.I’ve been back to this location several times since the initial review 8 years ago, only because of the proximity and convenience, and… absolutely nothing has changed. Same lousy customer service on the phone AND at the counter, same overpriced/small portion, same poor value, same missing items from order, and same disappointment. Shame on me for continuing to contribute!!However , my experience at the Leo location is always a 10/10.

Well first off i called in ahead of time and still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my food while two WALK INS after me got their food first.I ordered the chicken and fish dinner and the fish and shrimp dinner and mozzarella sticks.The fish is so thin it looks like a JOKE. The shrimp is decent. Baked beans and hush puppies are decent. Mozzarella sticks cold, marinara sauce tastes and smells strongly of vinegar. Size of the sides does not reflect the over 3$ price. Overall very dissapointed.

They do have a small amount of seating but it was mainly used by takeout people waiting. They do offer order ahead and pickup. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable! We watched the cashier try and steal a customer’s money by giving herself a 500 tip! The owner did not even think it was a big deal! When they got upset as anyone would they called the police. And still refused to give back their money. Be very wary of this place.

We ordered Big Eyed Fish Express to go and called in our order ahead of time. My husband went in to pick it up and pay for it and he comes out with no food and a receipt showing the teenaged girl at the cash register charged us an extra $500. As anyone would be, he was upset and they called the owner in to remedy the situation since the money was not returned to our account and he "lives right around the corner." The owner was upset with my husband's reaction and called the cops on him. Having not done anything wrong, the cops came to mediate the situation and understood why my husband would be upset. The owner talked to the credit company that they used to charge my account and assured him it was reversed on his end. Seeing how it is Saturday, instead of just giving me cash back, I now have to wait until Monday for the money to clear as they accused me of just calling my bank to cancel the money reversal after I get the cash in hand insinuating that I'm a common criminal which is uncalled for. Dine at your own risk....and if you do, check your receipts!!

I called in my order and was told 15-20 minutes. But when I got there I ended up having to wait another 25 minutes for my food. Not because the majority of my food wasn't already sitting in the window waiting for my order to finish. When I got home I started to hand out food three of the meals were incorrect. I had ordered large fish sandwich platters. I was told that there would be about 2 1/2 pieces of fish on each sandwich. The platter was to come with fries and coleslaw. Which I specifically asked for because we didnt want the chips. I was told only way to get the fries were to do the platter which was about $4 upgrade. When I got home the fish was maybe a piece that was cut in half on each sandwich and none of them had fries they all had chips. I tried to call the store 3x but no one ever answered the phone. I think when I'm looking for some fish I will utilize the srestaurant on Wells not this express store.
