It is my niece's birthday! I was going to drive to Ohio to celebrate with her, but she wanted to drive to Fort Wayne to celebrate at The Black Canyon. She had been here a few times before and it was my first time! Wow, did BC come through! The food and service was well worth the wait. Yummy! I will definitely be back! In the mean time, I'll probably order that carrot cake through Door Dash! The best carrot cake ever!
It's my new favorite go-to place. Bang bang shrimp and warm cornbread with honey butter are our favorite appetizers. Provideme rib sandwich with string fries is excellent. And Brussels and berry salad is fabulous!Black Canyon has the best cheesecakes; they change every couple of weeks, and every one of them has been fantastic.

Went here for the first time for my fiancé’s birthday and loved everything about it! Our waitress Kiersten was attentive, nice, fun and gave great recommendations. The spinach and artichoke dip with salsa came with bottomless chips. The salmon was amazing. Steak and shrimp pasta were outstanding and the sweet potato fries were great also! Free brownie with ice cream for her birthday was much anticipated as well as you can see from the photo. Happy birthday Beadie!

I have been there four times for dinner. Twice at the invitation of others. I continue to miss the allure others have of this restaurant. Wine list lacking in my opinion. Menu limited. The highlight of the place is their steak!

New to the area, and decided to stop in. Thank goodness we did at the right time and were able to sit at the bar not knowing they call for reservations. Our waitress gave us her time, helped us pick our drinks and gave us great suggestions on appetizers. The food was delicious. Atmosphere was incredible. Definitely will be back.
