Had to forego a tip two times. Today we waited at least fourty minutes for our food. Saw our waiter a few times. Never received a drink refill. Portions not great. It's unfortunate we won't be able to return.

first of all our sever was great and very kind and did so much for us! but didn't appreciate the hostess tonight when we asked for boxes she told us that wasn't her job. our server was very busy and thought the hostess could get us a couple of boxes but guess not. Also the manager was not very kind. we were having card problems and money was supposed to be taken off the one card but she made a mistake and didn't charge the one card but we got a receipt anyways so we were getting ready to leave and found out that $12 wasn't paid and instead of being kind about it or giving some sort of discount with the problems we had, the manager in a rude way said well someone's going to have to pay this money! would appreciate some kind of compensation cause this wasn't right.

The food was delicious. The older person on the wait staff had a lot of unnecessary comments within ear shot of the diners. The same person seemingly messed up two orders on adjacent tables while I was eating. The other waitress wasn't apologetic. Instead, she said it wasn't a big deal and loudly directed the kitchen staff. The wait staff could have been MUCH more professional. I still left a good tip because my service and food were fine. I won't go out of my way to return.

Will not return. When we walk in only 5 tables in use.Waited 10 minutes to get a cold old cup of coffee and an appetizer. 10 minutes to get a hot coffee and ordered our food. Still no appetizers. Waited another 25 min no coffee and no one came to check or say why 40 min after we sat down still no food. When people around us got thier food and ate the whole meal and left a manager and two waitresses and what looked like a cook standing behind the counter. When the next plates out went to people who got there after us, we walked out. I'd never recommend this Bob Evans to anyone ever ever.Vegetarian options: We never got our food after 45 min we walked out so we don't knowDietary restrictions: Don't know we never got our food and walked out after we saw people that got there way after us getting thier food.Kid-friendliness: Rotten coffee was old and cold no one came to talk or explain why we didn't get food even after 45 min

Good food, good prices, good portions, fast seating, pleasant wait staff. Nice variety of choices on their menu. Good location. Clean atmosphere.

We ate here this morning. Waitress sis an awesome job food was good. We ordered a side of bacon so the Waitress added it to my meal to save money our bill was 16.00 but the cashier rang it I'm at 21.00 dollars and didn't honor the price on our receipt. So we paid the 21.00 not the 16.00 as we were suppose to. With that being said. We will not be going back here.

We stopped in around 2:30pm on a weekday. There was a little bit of a wait because they only had one server on duty. But she was friendly. The food was fresh and what you would expect for a Bob Evans.Dietary restrictions: They do provide a gluten free menu.
