One of the neatest experiences to have in Fort Wayne. I truly hope that they reopen one day.

Bourbon Street is underground - so cozy and warm because there are no windows. Love the bar, love the food, love the place. Note - it is only open 3 nights each week. I had the stuffed jumbo shrimp which was just as great. Green salads were tasty but spicy due to dressings. Good place to enjoy something different. Will return.

We all had drinks and shared the boom boom shrimp and the fried alligator tail appetizer. Which was really good and my grandson asked the waitress if it was REAL alligator... yes it is! Gumbo and fiance’s chicken/ potato chowder was next and was delicious! So far we are extremely happy about this small basement New Orleans place.

When we started to plan our move to Fort Wayne, we decided that once we got here, Bourbon Street Hideaway would be the first restaurant we would eat at to celebrate.

Unique, tucked away experience and excellent food!

Very good place to sit and converse with your date. Food is pricey, however, the portions are very big. I recommend the Alligator Sausage and Shrimp quiche. Very good!

Great martini’so. And great bartender.

Food was amazing. Got the pasta and the crab filled shrimp. Gumbo and martinis also scored high marks. Service was very slow with the waitress no where to be found most of the night.

The restaurant is a hidden in a basement. The decor is very new Orleans. The food and drinks were fantastic. Love this place.

Good food but really slow and bad service. Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday. Understandably busy but, they were already sold out of 3 of the items I enquired about on the menu and they were also out of rum to make a proper Hurricane, this after I was served one with just vodka and noted that it tasted off. Like someone wouldn't notice? Anyway the food I finally got after an nearly 2 hours was good but, the staff rarely stopped by the table and the bar tender juggled oranges while other staff struggled to bus their own tables. The place has great potential but, managed poorly. I would go back if they manage to get their act together but, until then I have to give them a hard pass at the service to price point ratio.

Went here with boyfriend as he loves New Orleans food. Not disappointed. He enjoyed the honey glazed chicken dish which was very tasty and unique. I had the stuffed jumbo shrimp which was just as great. Green salads were tasty but spicy due to dressings. Good place to enjoy something different. Will return.
