I go to this restaurant pretty frequently because it's a very convenient stop during bike rides. There's a bike rack very close to the restaurant and you can order and eat outside if you want.The burgers are always hot and full of flavor, and they tend to be gooey and messy in a great way, without being hard to eat. The burger bar sauce especially has a nice flavor and adds some great gooeyness to the burger.The staff are always very friendly and positive, especially Juliette, and I always get what I ordered. There's special monthly burgers and shakes which can be a good way to mix it up a bit and I enjoyed the chili burger when it was available. There's also a punchcard system where you get a free burger after you buy just five of them, which feels very generous compared to other restaurants' rewards programs.

The atmosphere is amazing gives off New York vibes, smaller intimate venue. The staff was very accommodating and went a pive and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Juliette was the definition of great customer service. Food is simple but delicious and cooked fresh to order. Shakes amazing and not overly thick.

Tried the Burger Bar for the first time. The person at the counter was helpful and nice. The menu is small so I expected everything would be great. Our fries were barely warm so that was a big disappointment. My husband had the burger special with a pierogi and bacon. He said the pierogi was weird and soggy but the burger was good. I really enjoyed my burger but it seemed like whoever put it together has never eaten a burger. The sauces were on the outside of the bun as well as inside so it was a complete mess to eat and the chunks of lettuce made it worse. We will be back to try the chicken strips.

Was looking forward to try this place. It was a major let down. Stood outside for 5 minutes before a lady waiting outside said she's not going to come to the window because she wants you to order inside. Should have been my sign.... went in and stared at the menu waiting for someone to take my order but after about 3 minutes I finally looked down and saw a kiosk that said order here in very small print. Ordered 3 burgers and fries. All 3 of the burgers were incorrect, none of them even had onion that we ordered and a lot of things were missing or wrong.... whatever we at anyway. The fries were soggy, there was trash and food all over the floor and on 4 tables so we picked a place by the door. I won't go back... go to California burger, it's almost the same price and way better food.

My husband and I went on a date here the other night and it was a great experience! It was fairly busy, and everyone was working really hard, and we still received amazing service, lots of smiles and politeness, and literally the best burgers in town. Great job!!Dietary restrictions: I got the lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger bc I am gluten free. Delicious!
