I don’t usually give 5 stars for fast food but this place deserves it. Food was perfect and the guy behind the counter was so friendly. I heard him giving praise to his coworkers several times.

Food just wasn't the same this time the buttons weren't toasted the onion on my sandwich was bigger than the bun and the tomato was hard I had the Whopper Junior Duo the plain one that I ordered was perfect. My daughter had the chicken sandwich the number nine meal and she just said it wasn't as good as it usually is.

I was the last car in the drive thru at 6:15 pm. I ordered a whopper and cheesy tots. When I got to the window, I was told my cheesy tots were still being made, and I needed to pull into a parking space. About 5 minutes later, my food comes out. I told him there was no reason why I had to pull up because there was nobody behind me. He said, "We have to have you pull up." What? I let him know that I didn't need to, and they were only doing it to make their times look better. He argued, shook his head, and walked back inside. I let him know I was writing this review, and from the looks of the ratings, I'm not alone. My whopper meat was cold (I checked immediately). If I'm waiting that long, it should be at least warm.

I'm not one to throw someone under the bus, maybe their life is sucking at the moment....but, it's been 5 times now that my order has been wrong and I've had to go sit in the waiting parking area for 15 minutes when there wasn't even one car behind me in line, not even a car in the parking lot....and because of past experiences with them, I asked " will there be any wait time ?" and she says "no, there are are no other orders" so after 5 minutes at the window, still no one behind me, I'm asked to go park in the waiting area and someone will bring me my order......which they did after another 15 minutes !!!!! I will never go back there again, would rather have little tacos from speedway !

Update! This place is Fire now!!! Great customer service! Great food they been on point breakfast , lunch or dinner ! 2024Place used to be super good with getting your order right and being fast... now it just fell to trash

I was just at the sprung location today Jan 21 at 145 and was told they couldn't take orders for 20 minutes because they had to make 100 plus sandwiches. So they shut down the entire store for one customer. That is horrible business practice and u have now lost a customer for life. Your foods just ok and way expensive for what u get shame on u

Probably one of the cleanest, friendliest, and quickest Burger Kings I’ve been to! Burger could have been a little hotter but it wasn’t cold so all good.
Cold fries no salt tasted old, watered down coke tasted like club soda, whopper tasted old and cold, bottom bun was hard as a rock. Service was nothing special i felt rushed through my order,blonde snobby girl with nose piercing needs to learn customer service! Parking lot looks like a dumping ground for everyone's car
