We were first timers on our visit and were not disappointed. The place was busy, but our food was delicious and service was excellent. Tablecloths were a surprise and a welcomed touch. I accidentally left my purse and Lisa, the wonderful manager, went out of her way to contact me and keep it safe until I could return to get it. Thanks, Lisa, for great food and care. We’ll be back!!

I had been holding off on doing this review because a lot of the time when I go here and get take out once I leave and get home my order is incorrect last time I went I ordered on white bread and it was a croissant. Today I ordered a sassy Scotty melt on white bread nothing was melted and the bread was no where near toasted I called like I always do to inform them of there mistake and was informed by Julia that Karen her boss said they can’t replace my order like they normally do because my order is always messed up lmao how is it my fault if your employees are incompetent and can’t make a sandwich correctly. Now keep in mind I have never been rude to any employee even though it’s stupid to mess up something so simple but I guess it’s my fault that they can’t make a sandwich correctly.

Chicken salad is hard to mess up and there certainly are many different choices. Service was good but over the top niceness comes across as fake.

I love this place but it’s frustrating when they close before their posted hours. Drove 15 minutes from home to get here for dinner to find out they closed early. This has happened several times in the past few months. ?

Interesting concept. They make several different kinds of chicken salad. I'm doubtful this kind of thing is going to go over well in Fort Wayne, but who knows? I placed my order through their app, partly to start collecting points towards some kind of rewards. My order was ready when I arrived. It was handed to me by a friendly young woman. The store is clean and spacious and has that "new restaurant" look. The restroom doors are labeled "Chicks" and "Chick Magnets." I ordered several things because I wanted to try a little of this and a little of that. Chicken Tortilla Soup was hot and pretty good. Pasta salad was ok. (I've had better). Fruit salad wasn't bad. (I've had fresher). Grape salad met expectations. Pickle was actually the high point of the meal in a way. The sandwich (I opted for the "Fancy Nancy") was ok...I mean chicken salad, no matter how you might fancy it up, will always be chicken salad. The tomato tasted like it had been frozen and then thawed, which was quite the disappointment. Every meal comes with a cookie. The cookie was ok but not that tasty honestly. I also tried the chocolate marshmallow Rice Krispy bar. As good as it sounds, I wouldn't recommend it. I would probably eat there again if I was in the area. Nothing was truly "bad." I'm not sure anything was truly "good" though either. Highlights: Soup and Pickle. Low Points: Tomato and Rice Krispy bar.

I ent for the first time today. I legit had the best service from the second I walked in the door until I walked out. So patient in letting me look over and sample. Great advice and suggestions. To the follow up at the table, making sure I was happy and carry out container. Absolutely incredible

My mom and I are still raving about the incredible service we received at the Ft. Wayne Chicken Salad Chick a few days ago. Despite being busy, the crew members went out of their way to make our first visit a delightful experience! The staff member who took our order was very helpful in recommending two fruity chicken salad scoops for my mom and I. I love grapes and nuts in my chicken salad whereas she prefers cranberries for a more tart flavor. As it is a bit pricey, we only ordered one meal to share but the staff member recommended we get another scoop as our side and then added all the additional extras (cookies, crackers, and pickles) to that side scoop so we each had our own meals while only paying for one. Score! It helped that we also really liked out chicken salad :) The interior is cute and cottagecore, reminding me of my aunt's kitchen in the 90s. We will definitely come back again when in the area!

I tried to use the menu board behind the counter. The only things on it were so called blt's, which turned out not to be blt at all. There were only 2 strips of bacon, like on a bacon cheeseburger. It was mainly a big ball of cheese on bread. I wanted to try the chicken salad, but apparently they decided not to put it on the menu board. Total disappointment. I will NEVER come back.

The food here is delicious...if you're lucky enough to be able to be there when they open and before they run out of half the salads and sides. It's really a bummer that many working people can no longer come here due to long wait times and short hours.
