Probably the messiest Chipotle I’ve been too. Brought people for their first time to Chipotle. The worker who was making our food was touching his face with a paper towel without changing his gloves. He then sliced the bag of tortillas open throwing plastic over the rice which he had to fish out. He was constantly taking my food to the table inbetween the grill and the line that was next to a mountain of dishes. At one point he pulled up his pants and I had to ask him to change his gloves since he started going back to working on my food. He changed them without a problem but didnt wash his hands before putting a new pair on. When he folded my burrito i kid you not i had to laugh when he folded the bottom to close it and it started to pour out the filling he grabbed it and shoved it back in putting his full finger lengths into the burrito So happy I asked him to change his gloves! Also the cashier was super dismissive and he couldn't be bothered. There were so many dishes everywhere and it was just unkept.
service was awful. the girl making my bowl snapped at me. the gentleman at the register threw my cup at me and didn't even apologize. they were completely out of steak and white rice. the entire restaurant is a mess. dirty tables everywhere. food was very good.

Ordered delivery last night and got a salad and bowl that were filled with inedible level over salted black beans. Like, to the point it seemed like they dumped the entire container of salt in there. Bummed we had to throw away both meals uneaten

I wanna start with amazing food but dang specifically coliseum needs to figure out how to move the line along I saw 2 sets of customers leave bc of how long it took. Also one set of customers had their food just needed to pay.

I found service to be great, patuent as i was furst time diner. I really enjoyed my meal.

This is the 2nd time I ordered 2x chicken and got one small scoop. Also, the bowl has such a small portions compared to other Chipotle's I have been too!! I was traveling so didn't notice it until I was an hour from the Fort Wayne location. Not ordering from the Colliseum Blvd location again!!
