We arrived to a line with 4 people ahead of us waiting to order. There was only one employee preparing orders and one running the register. There were 4-5 other employees in the back laughing it up and having a good time doing who knows what. The lobby was dirty and not stocked being out of straws, forks, and drink lids. It appeared that there was plenty of staff but they were being extremely mismanaged. Maybe I have expectations that are too high but customer service should be top priority in any service location and today it did not exist.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this couldn't go ignored. When we walked in, there were 15 people in a slow moving line - not unusual for a Friday night. The young kids behind the counter were working hard. But every table was filthy - and at the table next to the drink dispensers sat the "manager" Lily and a group of friends (or coworkers?) sat laughing and eating. A young girl working behind the counter notified manager Lily they were out of cheese. Lily shrugged her shoulders. The stressed worker expressed the urgency - that she needed cheese to build the meals. Lily said, "Just tell them we are out." The girl told her there was some in the back that needed shredded, but manager Lily refused and said she needed 15 more minutes of a break. She said tell the customers "we won't have cheese for 20 minutes." Meanwhile, the line of customers was growing and the young workers behind the counter were struggling to keep up. ☹

How grilled vegies and grilled chicken should look in every Chipotle! Unfortunately in 90% of locations vegies are overcooked and flaky and chicken is undercooked. Not here looks like. Thanks!
