C Dog, went above and beyond her job responsibilities during my drive through experience New Year's Day at 3:07 p.m.We talked about the double bacon ranch combo and I decided on a combo instead of just a sandwich because I'd like to encourage higher sales with folks that are polite, courteous, and emit a positive aura during the drive-thru experience. My favorite go-to place that's super close. Have always had good experiences and the staff are so friendly. Not to mention fast. Plus, I'll never forget the time I received extra chicken strips and Texas toast, it's like the greatest gift one can receive ?
Male cashier at the drive thru tonight must have his panties on backwards. Very rude and condescending attitude. I placed my order for a cookie dough blizzard, 2 banana split blizzards, and 2 peanut buster parfaits, substitute peanuts with pecans. Cashier gave me 4 total items. I asked where the other banana split blizzard was, rude guy told me I only ordered 1 banana split blizzard I'm going to have 2 charge you for it. Well, yeah, get it right the first time we wouldn't be having this conversation. I have it clear as day on video I ordered correctly. Dude needs an attitude adjustment. Nice woman that brought the missing blizzard heard it clear on video.

We had a very rude young man at the drive thru window, usually it's top notch service from all their associates. Other than that, we go there Alot and the food is always great!
Great food fast and friendly service I had no trouble finding a clean table. Not too mention Marilyn checked on us after dropping off our food, she even cleared the trash from our table with a smile! Now that's good service with a smile! Thanks I'll be back soon.

I did not realize DQ had chicken nuggets now instead of chicken strips. Anyways we did not get our drinks, our fries were cold and strips small. Not really happy I spent $29 for that. Maybe a minute before we go back.
