Called to place an order and was sent to a call center overseas. (After already waiting 5 minutes) The lady on the other end could barely speak English (which ig isn't her fault) but the cherry on top was that I was told I could not add ham to my order and that they didnt do that. Just decided to say screw it and hang up definitely would avoid

There’s been more than a few times that I’ve dealt with this issue, but never said anything. This store has poor customer service in the evening times. I came to pick up my order and went in the drive thru. The kid came to the window, and didn’t speak. I told him who I was, and he handed me my food. I said “Thank you, have a good night,” as I always do, and this kids just stares at me and closes the window. I’m not sure if this is how the younger generations are, and we just deal with it or what…but if I’m being respectful, friendly, and speaking to you (as a customer) I expect you (the customer service representative) to be the same.

Steer clear. Since it's on the south side they don't care abt quality at all. Constantly late and canceling orders. Drive the extra few minutes to Jefferson Pointe where the white people shop. They take care of their customers there.
Ordered 2 large pizzas on 11/02/23 an they were both burned not fit to eat.when you try calling no one answers you are on hold forever I will not order Domino's

We've ordered from this location a couple times now and haven't had any issues. We order on the app using coupons as they frequently have 50% menu priced pizzas and pick up when the app says it ready! Employees have been friendly both times picking up our order.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes for them to head our food to someone else. Horrible management, and no sense of direction from employees. Corporate should show up and train the staff or just close it down
