Stepped inside as I had a specific order that I thought would be easier to get in person. 4 people behind the counter, all with headsets. I was completely ignored until I said something. Then the server was less than friendly. I guess they don’t need my business very much. I’ll be driving past them to a competitor from now on.

I went in to buy bagged coffee, there wasn’t any on the 6’x8’ shelf. I stepped to the counter where 3 employees were and asked the girl behind the counter if they had any more. She looked at me and said, “I have no idea”. She turned and asked the girl at the window, she told her to wait. After 15 minutes I left. I will never go back.

Ordered a drink on the menu and employee stated they don't offer it now. I ordered a second drink and was met with the same response. Not sure why they are advertising products that are no longer offered. Total was different from the order screen then at the window. Employee making food had very long hair and wasn't wearing a hair net. Employee also wore the same gloves while prepping food, entered an order, took my payment, and then went back to food prep. The store manager called me and was so rude concerning the entire experience. Prior recent reviews mention hair in food so it appears this has been an ongoing issue.

They're definitely struggling with getting workers right now but half the time the ones that are working aren't reading orders correctly, or talking to each other loudly when there is a line. I want to keep going here but I think someone from management needs to hire more people, come in and properly train workers and also support them.

Service was adequate. Food here is generally good. Always kind of a chaotic vibe in here. Always new faces in this location.
Went in the morning, the workers were either very depressed or rude. There were some workers sitting on the side not helping, which is why the wait was probably high. The food wasn't cooked properly or was very burnt, and our coffee was not how we ordered.Parking: They have their own lot.

I come here all the time because I live up the street but recently the day staff have not been polite at all. They have horrible attitudes and cut you off in the middle of your sentence not to mention 9 times out of 10 something on my order is made wrong. If you don’t want to work fast food you shouldn’t be there. I used to love coming here because the people were so nice and now I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another location because of the horrible service I have received.

Don't usually go to this Dunkin but my experience this morning I had I will not be going to this one anymore. The young lady at the window just was not friendly. Didn't even say hello when I pulled up to the driver through window. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant , when I got home I went to take a bit and it was doughy and I took it back up there they said that's how they are supposed to be but um that's definitely not how it looks in the picture you all advertise. Will not be back to this Dunkin. Would give the review a zero but can't!
