Normally I would give this Elmo’s a 4-5 star rating but this morning they were out of a sub I like in the warmer. Instead of ordering one on the kiosk I decided to wait because I could clearly see he was making more. 2 other gentleman came up and ordered at the kiosk. When he was all done wrapping the subs and labeling them he threw them in a tub and set them on the counter instead of putting them out for people just grab and go. Clearly I had been waiting for him. Then he started the other 2 orders instead of putting the finished ones out.

Use to be better when they had a few girls working here. They were fast and packed the ingredients on high. Now they got some kid in here he trying to take on the world and can't keep up. I don't want to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito Son. He don't make em as good either, ingredients skimpy and proportions not evenly distributed like they use to be. Another girl to busy playing on her phone then touching my food! probably plays on her phone when she taking a dump. Gonna touch my food after you been fingering your phone all morning. Sheesh. They no longer heat up the tortillas either just give em to you cold, lazy suckers. The morning time is a mad house up in here lots of landscapers all over the place wanting breakfast and one kid running around with his head cut off. Kid doesn't manage making the food very good either. My burrito be sticking out of the oven for 5 minutes ready to be wrapped and he's trying to work on making lots of other orders instead of just knocking my burrito out and letting me be on my way. If I get there first and my food is 90% ready and just needs the final touch to get done to get me out of there then do it. Don't go off making a bunch of other food for customers who came in 10 minutes after me, dummy. Won't be back. Use to be top notch, now it's kind of crazy.

As a trucker I frequently use door dash or grub hub to order food outside from where I am parked. I had placed an order and the whole thing wasn't even correct...I had ordered the Elmo fries didn't get the ranch, ordered a breakfast burrito never got it and a pizza for dinner got one of their breakfast pizzas not what I ordered... probably the worst service, they wouldn't resend the food I had ordered either

Love this place. So many things to chose. Conveniently located in local gas station. Very reasonable prices. And they have specials of pepperoni pizzas for a certain time for $6. Kids love it
