Fazoli's on Convington Road is so dirty! My shoes stuck to the floor! Tables were sticky! Couldn't even use the trash cans. When we walked in, the employees were having a disagreement. Looked like the employee didn't want to do her job, so she was arguing with the manager. Food was mediocre. Do not recommend.

I went through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 of the "Pick 2 Special" meals. #1 was double Fettuccine Alfredo. #2 was Fettuccine Alfredo and salad with ranch. I get to the nursing home to visit my friend and bring her lunch and his salad is missing! Now I'm on the other side of town with half of his meal that he has been looking forward to and when you have someone with special needs, they don't care why it's missing, they just care that it IS!!

My husband and I love Fazoli’s. We came on a Friday night. I understand being short staffed, but when almost every table is covered in dirty napkins and dishes, and we have to wait over 40 minutes for our food, I just cannot leave more than 2 stars—and I feel like I am being generous with that. I do have to say, Destiny was wonderful and she tried to make things right and apologized profusely. Maybe if she was running things, things would be better.

I ordered $40 worth of food that I had to trash it made me sick to my stomach, first of all I waited which I don't mind but the dishes had very little sauce, I ordered the sampler the spicy baked ziti, spaghetti with marinara sauce, spaghetti and meatballs barely any sauce on all the noodles. This was my first and last time eating there. Imagine a plate full of noodles with a couple tablespoons of sauce. The person who took my order messed it up and then shrugged her shoulders. I will never eat there again and DONT RECOMMEND. $40 IN THE TRASH cause that's how it tasted.

Food was disgusting. The meat balls had a horrible smell. We did not eat it. Noodles were hard. Bread sticks were burnt. The staff seemed like they were all on drugs. Never going here again.

Went thru the drive-thru on Tuesday. The young man making the fries wiped his nose, then used his vape and blew the smoke over the fryer before continuing his work. Then we received our order - or should I say, we got a bag of food....because nothing in the bag was what we actually ordered! The girl taking our order was so rude that it was pointless to try and deal with it - I was not going to try and get more food from such an unsanitary situation.

The kid using the fryer was vaping while he was working....and the order could not have been more messed up. Now I know why I never go to this place....disgusting!!

Host was very kind...however, my husband and I were the only ones dining in and all of the to-go walk-ins had their food before we did. We waited 45 minutes watching people walk in and out with their orders. We finally said we wanted our meals to-go. They later gave them to us and the orders were WRONG. Will not be dining here again.

Terrible experience! We had to request a refund because they took over an hour and we never received our food. They ran out of menu items as well. Very poorly managed. Will not be in business for too much longer!
Terrible.......workers seemed untrained and panicked. Only had 4 or 5 patrons in the building and was on the verge of losing control. Yelling at each other, confused and didn't seem to be in control. Was a very odd and disappointing experience. Won't go back to this location.

Left another review after they were closed AFTER allowing us to make an online order. The manager responded to my review asking to call, I did and left a message, he’s neither responded back or returned the money from the order. I’ll be doing a charge back since they quite literally stole my money.

Just waited 10 minutes for them to prepare my food. I was the only one in line, but fresh food I have no problem waiting for... except I just paid nearly $10 for chicken pesto rotini or something like that and there is NOT ONE piece of chicken. Zero! Cool $9.71 for some noodles ? photo- I stirred it up looking for chicken. So frustrating

I would give this place a 5 star review for the service by the young man named Preston and the manager Haley, the reason I am leaving at 4 star is because of the way they were running around and were running out of things. We heard another female employee saying that she was sorry that there wasn’t much prep done today due to her being the only one doing things this morning. The way they were trying so hard as young people to complete the immense amount of orders was incredible. Haley stepped off of making food just to come out and check on us. She was very helpful and made sure to get anything Preston couldn’t for us. That was the best experience I’ve had with this store in a very long time. The way they were left with out anything and still was working so hard to catch up was a absolutely amazing. I hope they can get more employees like them. Thank you two for the amazing time this evening.

Needed a snack. Ordered child slice of cheese pizza. Only one in drive thru. Saw two ladies seated at a table. Waited several minutes for a very small piece of burned...odd tasting pizza...two limp breadsticks and a 6 ounce paper container of apple juice. Cost was 4.96.
