We were moving into our home and tried to buy lunch for the crew. The Uber Eats driver tried to tell the staff that the order was not correct but the staff said “no this is their order”. Completely the wrong order. Will NEVER go to the this specific store again as no one was answering the phone. Horrible restaurant.

$20 for a bread and meat sandwich? What a joke.The prices are terrible, especially in this economy. I’m a local college student just looking for something to eat! Got a refund and walked right out. I mean seriously?! What sub at Subway, Jersey Mikes, or Jimmy John’s costs $20?! NONE OF THEM! I’m curious to see what the markup is on each item on the menu because I know that sub didn’t cost ANYWHERE NEAR $20. Unreal.Also, I know they’ll comment and say they’ll “pass the message” but nothing will really happen, I’m sure of it.

Don’t order and have their food delivered. They can’t even get an order right on time. Used GrubHub and ordered 3 subs and 2 salads. When the driver picked it up they gave him 2 sandwiches, and that’s it. So either they didn’t package all my food or they didn’t have it labeled correctly. Not the drivers fault, it’s not their job to check the bags.

Whoever they hired to make sandwiches on Tuesday evenings is completely out of his mind. He couldn’t read a simple online order and kept calling me back to ask if he was “doing it right” and if I was “really sure that sounded good”. Bro just make the order! You don’t have to judge how people like their sandwiches. It took him 10 minutes PER sub to make because he was so confused. My food was cold by the time I brought it home and all of the subs were still wrong even though he asked me about 5 times if he was following the order correctly.

The servers were rude and very unprofessional. I still tipped ten percent. Even though they did not one thing to deserve it. But they seem like the type that might do something to do to our food. The guy that took our order spoke so fast I had a hard time understanding any word he said. And acted like I was doing him a favor by being there ordering food. I have not written on Trip Advisor in a long time, and I’ve had over 8000 views. It makes me sad that this is what our service is coming to be.

The local owner James runs the best sandwich shops in town! Ashlyn, Brad, and Evan are the kindest workers and make the most delicious sandwiches i have ever had! I couldn’t recommend a better place to get a sandwich!
