I ordered a sandwich online and the app said pick-up at 2, so I got there at 210. Sat down had to wait. The lady with the dark lipstick called everyone name when their order came up but mine. So about 25 minutes after sitting there I decide to remind them that I was still there waiting on my order when low and behold my sandwich appears. It was sitting off to the side and when I asked how long it had been sitting there this over size woman starts giving me attitude and I turn and said to her I was talking to this lady who has been serving everyone before you got here. I grab my bag and headeed out the door when it dawned on me, I WAS THE ONLY BLACK PERSON IN THAT BUILDING and actually I am always the ONLY black person in there, so guess what? You will never EVER have to worry about my black butt coming back. Keep your food, my husband says the sandwiches ain't all that good anyway!!

Ordered on the app. Sandwich was not ready until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be even though they were not that busy. That took off one star. What took off the other three stars was the male manager with dark hair loudly belittling the red headed female manager in front of customers. I know they were both managers because he announced it when yelling at her. Very unprofessional and I felt so sorry for her. She handled it professionally by not responding to his criticism of her and continuing to do her job, but I could tell she was shaken up by his rudeness.
