We went there on a Saturday night, and they were only around 10 people in the restaurant. My wife got pasta Primavera, which she’s had at numerous restaurants and comes with a medley of vegetables. When she got hers, there was not a vegetable in it at all… It was just pasta and the chicken that she had added to it. She was also told by her waitress to select two sides, so she did. They tried to charge us five dollars each for the sides when we got the bill. For one of my sides I ordered a Korean barbecue grain bowl. There was nothing Korean about it, there was certainly no barbecue, it was simply rice and quinoa With no seasonings whatsoever. I can’t imagine anything that would make us go to this restaurant again.

I first came here for Savor Fort Wayne. It was so good I have been returning ever since. The people are so friendly. The food has been fantastic. Chef Billy knows what he is doing! Tonight I had the Chef's special which was a creole shrimp and rice dish - it was amazing! Great Chef! Great bartenders and wait staff! The menu has a very nice selection without being overwhelming. They also have a very nice wine and liquor selection.

I just had the Shrimp Creole and it was delicious!! It was the “special of the day” and was so good, it should be on the menu. Billy, the sous chef, made it from scratch. All the food I’ve had there is great, so I was not surprised, but I definitely want the Shrimp Creole again.

I've been a diamond member and Hilton loyalist for many years. About a year ago I decided to use the property for my team meetings which are consistent monthly. From the beginning there were some issues with the rooms and front desk service. With coming out of Covid I let it go knowing that staffing was still an issue. As time passed nothing got better especially the horrible service from the full-time daytime cook. He has a horrible attitude, and his food is terrible. Last night and this morning put the icing on the cake. My team and I were told (last night) that we could not take the food that I bought from the conference room because of "food temperatures", I have no idea what the evening dietary manager was talking about after I made a request for a few to go boxes. I called the GM who in return called the building manager to get this resolved and only then could my staff take food that I bought to their rooms. On top of that, my team members were treated horribly this morning once again by the full-time daytime cook. I've witnessed and reported his rudeness many times, but it seems that nothing is being done about it. He basically screams across the dining area at times and today was the saddest when I saw him totally ignore and be rude to an elderly gentleman. The elderly customer was ignored and treated in the worst way. I couldn't help it but to get him the form and a pen so he could take the necessary steps so that he could eat. This took rudeness and disrespect to another level. There are too many things that has happened at this property to write on this review including the sales departments inability to get it together. My one hope is that the Hilton executives intervene here because no customer should not have to go through this. I've never seen anything of sort. Stay away from this place if you want good service. Shame on you Hilton Garden Inn Shame on you

Overall very unhappy with my stay. Checked into my original rooms to find hairs in the shower like it was never cleaned. The only positive was the gentleman who checked me in and made things right with me to get in a clean room. I wake up this morning and look forward to breakfast and it was very disappointing as my French toast I received was burned.

The hotel looks brand new but don't let that fool you. Checking in was a joke, everyone seemed baffled at the check in process. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. I've stayed in over 30 Hiltons across the country this year and this Hilton is the only one still serving a Covid style breakfast, ie. pre made breakfast sandwiches (microwaveable) no eggs but they had biscuits and gravy. This hotel is not in walking distance of anyplace else to eat as well.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean but concerning security issues especially as a female traveling alone. I was woken from my sleep by someone entering my room. The front desk called later (waking me up again) to let me know that my room had accidentally been booked to another guest who had arrived that night. It took me a long time for me to relax and fall back asleep which was not ideal being that I was in town visiting my mom at the hospital. Instead of being able to retreat to a peaceful hotel stay after a stressful day, I was up most of the night and felt unsafe and unsettled. I called customer service and was told they were sorry and this kind of thing doesn't happen very often (not very reassuring response). They said a manager might reach out but I haven't heard from anyone yet. I will update this review if that happens.

Had breakfast here. Omelette to order and excellent breakfast bar items. Easy entrance and location right off exit of interstate very helpful. Services was timely and polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for consistent and solid breakfast!

We're Hilton loyalists and look for Hilton properties whenever we travel. We visit Fort Wayne several times a year to visit out daughter and grandkids and is the closest location to their house. When this location opened it allowed us to stay closer to their house and it's right off the expressway. This is a dual facility location, with Hilton Garden Inn on one side and Home2 Suites on the other. We've stayed at both. Most of the common facilities are shared. The check-in desk, workout room, snack shop, and ice-cold pool are all shared between both brands. It's a concept that makes sense, but doesn't lend itself well to specific brand identity. The facility is beautiful (then again it's brand new) and very large. The main floor is brightly yet comfortably illuminated. The there's a bar/restaurant that's got a surprisingly awesome selection of foods and beverages available, and a decent selection of brews on tap. All very reasonably priced, if the weather is crap you could survive on what they offer. There are 2 different breakfast options, depending on where you stay. If you stay on the Home 2 side they have a continental breakfast bar with waffles (that's all I need!). If you stay on the HGI side they have a breakfast buffet the offers hot foods and omelets. A bit pricy at about $14 when the H2 side doesn't have to pay at all. The room we were in was very spacious and nicely accommodated. The HVAC unit was surprisingly quiet. Sometimes the HVAC unit in hotels is more like revving up a motorcycle outside your bedroom window. Not the case here. Very quiet and efficient in keep the room comfortable. If I've got one complaint about the room, it's the pillows. There are four, and they're all soft and cushiony. Like mushing a roll of toilet paper down to the size of a piece of paper. Not much support or comfort. The workout space looks pretty nice for a hotel of this size. The pool was a decent size, but it is not heated. When I say "not heated", I should probably say "lukewarm at best". There were a couple people in it, but they were kids and kids don't care about water temperature. The adults that were in there with them, though, gave us that "Unless your *like* cold pools, this isn't the one you want" look when we walked in. When I dipped my foot in I was, like...."Noooo....not today". The staff we encountered was awesome. Friendly and helpful, and willing to assist. When the Digital Key didn't work for the pool area, she didn't mind giving us a real room key. (non sequitur) I'm a huge fan of technology. I use it and encourage it in everything I do. Hilton's digital key is a REALLY nifty idea...when it works. In the last 18 months we've stayed over 30 nights in Hilton properties and found that the Digital Key worked about 40 of the time. If you're going to utilize technology, can you at least make it reliable? Behind the building is a really nice outdoor area with seating, propane heaters, a grill or two, and some gas heating shiznats. Some time when we're there we plan to spend some time out there, but October was NOT that time. Directly across the street is a medical park that's got a body of water (that you can't get to) and a walking trail. It's very scenic if you're one to take a little picturesque stroll. Anyhoo, that's all I've got to say about that. We love that his location is so close to our kids and grandkids and is easy to get to. #ThankYouThursday2021

Very disappointed in my experience here. The beds are rock hard, the thermostat in the room sucks, and Keurig machine in the room was broken, and I paid $13 for an unlimited hotel breakfast that was absolutely garbage. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, so I suppose I can give it two stars. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel experience and I don't understand how the Google reviews and travel site reviews are so high. It's not a super high price for the room but now I know why. I have stayed at a number of Hilton hotels and I think I can safely say that this one is not good. I don't recommend this hotel.

I am so disappointed with my experience at this Hilton Garden Inn. I travel for work and always stay at a Hilton branded hotels. Here's what happened: I was asleep in my hotel room at 1:30 am and someone came into my room. Learned from the front desk that their system did not show the room had a guest. They gave a key to someone that tried to enter; key did not work so the front desk person came up w/the guest and just came into my room! Backed out saying; "so sorry, I did not know someone was in here". WHAT??? The woman told me that it has happened a few times actually; they've had issues with their system. Again, WHAT??? And it was not a priority to fix? I have emailed Hilton Corporate asking someone to call me so I could explain my situation; not feeling safe in one of their hotels- I was even given a "case #"....still 3 days later; no contact from Hilton Corporate. I called to speak with the GM; "Nick"- left very detailed message w/front desk answering the phone; no phone call back from Nick.....days later I searched and found the owners of the hotel- emailed them asking someone to reach out to me as I have concerns as a woman traveling alone and not feeling safe in their hotel. Also stressing that no one has contacted me.....Still no response! Not sure if this is acceptable in their eyes? What is going on here? How can this happen in this day and age; safety is paramount! I have been in business for many years; certainly understand mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is ignoring a customer that has a serious concern about their safety. No one has contacted me! This is so unacceptable on so many levels!

Just left Hilton Garden Ft Wayne. Hotel is great, rooms are great, bathrooms I found excellent. Staff was awesome. What I would change: the continental breakfest, horrible. No waffles, no real fruit, eggs must be from a carton, the breakfest meats, patties, SALTY, the links tasted weird. Give me fresh eggs, bagels, real fruit, biscuit and gravy, apple juice, bakery etc.. Otherwise great hotel. PS need more luggage carts on lobby.

The rooms and front desk staff are very good. The bar and restaurant staff are awful. The service is slow, not rain man slow but turtle slow. The bartender didn't give us a last call and closed the bar even though we were tipping her well. She said she only works one day a week and I wish she only worked none days a week.
