It only took two delivery orders to remind me why we had stopped eating JJ for the last year. Our first order had none of the customizations on our sandwiches, just a few mayo and mustard packets thrown in the bag. Our second, ordered an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. Store is now closed. Unacceptable when that's literally what the company sells..."fast delivery".
I never have any problems when I go in to the store. But the last three times I have ordered from them I have asked for Mayo packets, and they always forget them. I let them know after the 3nd time I didnt get it and they said they would work on that. This time, I requested that a driver please deliver some since it was part of my order. I got a bag, literally, full of napkins, mayo, and mustard..... it all feels pretty passive aggressive .

We stopped here on the way to the game. Super fast. Super nice. They even gave me tasters of the different kinds of mustard for my sandwich. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment and its employees.
