The food is delicious with quite a few choices . The waitress was very good but that was the 3rd time I was there the hostess seems to make you wait longer than needed when seating people and was not friendly .

We've been to the Lalos in Garrett and Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne is closer for us so we decided to go to this one today. We just recently got a new small puppy (jackapoo). I entered the restaurant and left the dog in the car with my friend to ask if it would be okay to sit on the patio with the dog. The lady assured me it was okay. We sit down outside and order our food, drinks, and appetizers. While eating our appetizers, the manager proceeds to come outside and tell us we have to put our dog in the car. I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that and what his staff member had said. He had zero apologies or remorse for our situation. He just simply said to put the dog in the car and then turned around and left. Needless to say we took our food to go because we didn't want to put my dog in the car and then they made us pay full price for food we now had to eat at home due to their miscommunication between staff. Then we get home and all food is soggy and there's about a 4in long black hair in the food. I will never be back to the Fort Wayne Lalos for sure, will maybe check out the Garrett one again as I know that's the only one that is managed properly.

Honestly I felt like I was being punked! Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. It was so bad it felt intentional. No one is this bad at their serving job. We arrived at 4pm so it was no busy at all. Our server never brought us chips and salsa (had to ask manager for some 15 minutes in). Took our order with zero personality and never checked on us or brought us a refill. We saw her standing around on the opposite side of the restaurant. Brought us our dessert with one spoon for 3 people. Never received our to go box. Dropped off the check without even saying thanks for coming in or have a nice day. Wow!!! Sad because food was pretty good but won’t be back
Great Mexican food. Highly recommend the premium margaritas made with Don Julio. Recommend the Arroz Con Pollo. Good prices. Wife likes the beef tacos. Also the chips and their salsa are amazing.

I called on a Sunday and told the person on the phone that I would like to make a reservation for our party of 15 for dinner. The guy on the phone said there is no need for a reservation we will have room for your party. Well, when we arrived there were no tables available. Luckily we only waited for 15 minutes. Food was good and our server did a good job with our large party.
