I just went there today and went through the drive-thru. It was a little weird. I felt like it was a computer that asked for my order. It didn't seem I was talking to an actual person. I'm not necessarily opposed to putting my order in a computer if I'm inside or giving my order to a computer through drive-thru if I'm expecting it. I didn't really feel like I could ask a question. The food here has always been better than chains like KFC. Problem is, over the years just like everyone else the prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. The food is still good but it's just not the same quality it was in the 2000s. Chicken doesn't have as much flavor. And the sides such as mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese have been cut in half.
