Waited over 30+ minutes with nearly a dozen other people to either order or pick up food, only to be told that they were ONLY doing ONLINE ORDERS because they "were running behind" on online orders - forced out nearly a dozen people!

I’ve ordered from this Little Caesars twice now (i usually go to the Maplecrest one) and both of the times i’ve ordered they have been severely behind on my orders. My first order was literally a large cheese pizza… that’s it. They said the pickup time was 7:45 and i ended up getting my pizza at 8:15. Today, i ordered 2 large pizzas and some breadsticks and it was almost an hour past the estimated time. I placed the order at 8:05pm, and the website said they began preparing my order at 8:59pm.I’ve never had any problems with the Maplecrest little caesars. I don’t want to immediately blame the workers but there’s definitely some improvement to do either with hiring more workers or something. Just a bit frustrating having my orders being 30 minutes late both times i’ve ordered.

Staff did their job well even in a fast paced environment. Food is ya know. Caesars. Hard to mess it up. Store was clean even all the way in the back which you can see from front of store.
I placed a delivery order via the Little Cesar's app. I ordered two different kinds of pizza puffs, one cheese only, one pepperoni. I added a 2 liter bottle of Brisk Ice Tea with Lemon, and additionally added the pepperoni pizza that was offered as I went to my cart.I received the pepperoni pizza and two orders of pepperoni pizza puffs.I didn't receive the cheese pizza puffs. I did not receive my 2 liter bottle of Brisk Ice Tea.It was delivered by a Doordash driver(?!?) who, by no fault of his own, seemed to speak and understand very little English. I called the store they couldn't/wouldn't help me. I texted the driver and he told me to get in touch with customer service. Which customer service? I asked for a number and received no response.I will never order delivery from there again. I will likely take my pizza orders to another restaurant, not Little Cesar's.I will never order from Doordash again, either.All of this over a silly 2 liter bottle of soda and messed up order. It would have been so simple to fix this, but neither company wanted to take responsibility.What a shame.

So angry! Placed an over 50 order in the app for pizza yesterday, drove to pick it up at 1 PM and the store was locked up tight even though they should have opened at 11 am. Because it was the weekend none of the customer service lines were opened so I have no way to cancel the order! Will never use this location again!

It was my first time at this location, it was a great choice on my end. The cashier was very helpful and friendly, each customer entering was greated very nicely, and the food was 100% satisfying. The only thing I would have changed was the cashier's jacket she had on looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks.

Horrible service made a delivery order called was told my order wasn’t on the screen jus come show the receipt then door dash said a dasher was on the way whatever wasted my time by leaving my house to head there then back home, once my food was delivered it was cold & uncooked ,Pizza was doughy & breadsticks CAKED with butter very bad service don’t recommend & people need to lose their job.
