I would love to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Jennifer and her whole crew from this location. I was supposed to have an order ready for pickup for today, somehow my order it was never processed. When my sister arrive at this location of course nothing was on their system. (All the blame on me)Anyways, I called to see if they could help me with a last minute order and Mrs. Jennifer helped me over the phone with my order and making all the little details I wanted. She was so sweet and nice. (I know it’s Valentine’s Day and they might be really busy today with orders but she was willing to go and take the extra mile for me and got me in). Thanks so much Mrs. Jennifer you’re a life saver! You made my day easier and of course my whole family was so happy with their cake.(I’m currently in a different state since we’re military members, so these cakes were everything to me on this day that I’m away from my family and I want to make them feel my love through the distance)Once again thanks again for being so kind to us!

I’ve always drove by this place but yesterday we were in the area and spontaneously stopped there to check it and get a desert for Christmas. Never had their Bundt Cakes before. The employee was very helpful and we chose a large raspberry white chocolate Bundt cake. It was

I went on their website over 24 hours before I needed to delivery and it said it was not available which I thought was weird.. I tried Uber eats, but they did not allow you to do self selection of what flavors you want. I called the store and see if they could make sure that my order has the flavors I want and they told me no. The store has poor customer service. Definitely will not try this again

Cute little store with flavorful options. I was impressed by their lemon cake. My son enjoyed the carrot cake and Velvet cake so much that he requested them for his birthday.The service is lacking. No smiles. Not too friendly. I was especially upset when my son asked if they could put a school bus flag on his cake like they had in the display. The young girl said "no. We can't do that." My son looked so disappointed that I asked since we were spending $85 that I would buy the one on display. Another lady came out and said no. I know it's silly, but he was so excited about one small toothpick school bus and he left broken hearted. But! He enjoyed the cake.

Wow!!!! I LOVE cake. My husband isn’t a big cake fan but I saw the white chocolate raspberry and I know he loves zingers so I bought him one for his birthday today really hoping he would enjoy it.He raved about it!!! He says it’s quite possibly the best dessert he’s ever had!!!!I just tried it myself and he isn’t kidding. The wonderful sharp flavor of the raspberry with the perfect amount of sweetness in the cake and brightness of the frosting/drizzle are perfectly balanced. It is also incredibly moist!What a surprising treat for his birthday. If your looking for something really special, a change from a regular celebration cake or just something really decadent to brighten your day, this is it! I will be trying ALL the flavors!Big thanks to Everything Bunt Cake and their crew!!!!

We were in line and ordered two cakes, and one of them was on the thin side as far as the icing goes. I then politely asked to exchange it, and the girl in training acted like I punched her in the stomach. I said thank you with a smile, and instead of her saying, "You're welcome," she said, "mmmhmmm." Lol... you're in training and providing customer service. Please do better! The other girl had a big smile and she had great energy but the other girl, who was in training and helped me, didn't like people, I guess. I hope management sees this and, at the very least, addresses this. Cakes were great! I don't need a response, but hopefully, when I come back, I get better service.
