A case manager and I got some bagels and ate here. It was a nice place to visit and I enjoyed the cinnamon bagel.

Been five times now only once was my order right. First second third visit had missing food. They wouldn't answer the phone. When I returned to the store they did nothing to replace the missing food. On good note my son is obsessed with Mac ch bread bowels. Their pretty good flat bread pizzas not so much. Charged lemonade

Andrea, Jorge and many others put a ton of effort into helping their customers have a great experience. By far my favorite location in the city. Restaurant is always clean, fully staffed, team members are quickly available to assist with any needs. Food quality and portioning remain consistent, Coffee is always available in the mornings. They really maintain an attitude and environment that encourages customer retention. Thanks team!Parking: Parking lot is large and clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps up front and on the side.

Got a Mediterranean bowl through the drive through and the picture is small chopped up Cucumbers and tomatoes and this is just huge chunks of tomatoes and whole slices of cucumber. Incredibly difficult to eat with the spoon provided. Needed to use a knife to cut everything up properly to eat. Not how it's supposed to be prepared and frustrating

This place has become a joke. They serve incredibly small portion sizes - both sandwiches and soup. Their prices have gotten obscene. I won’t be back. Such a shame. It used to be a nice place to eat.

It has never been a super welco.ing environment for everyone, but today was the final straw. I had an issue and called in over 5xs before reaching a person. It even warned to call back if it was peak time. It wasn't peak time. It was 3pm. When I finally reached someone the male I spoke with had a tone as if I was bothering them. Just as so many other fast food places, it's not the same as it was. No reason to spend more for the same quality as Subway.

I use to love coming here. I think the quality of food has gone down, the flavor lacks in every department but service was amazing still.
