Good for gossiping and eating bread. Vanilla iced coffee had me up until 4am.

Not worth the price, $19 for salad and a hunk of bread.

Asked if we could have our baked goods warmed up. Lady preparing food said in condescending tone “We’ll give you a plate. There’s a microwave over there.” She then proceeded to bag our order to go. No plate. Asked for a plate. She sighed and handed us a plate that doesn’t fit in the microwave. She also didn’t get our order right. We we’re missing one of the cookies we ordered to take home to our kids. Horrible service. This gal went out of her way to let us know what an inconvenience we were to her day. Wont be eating here again. Recommend you don’t either.

My mother and I decided to eat here for dinner. We both enjoy Panera bread. We ordered at the kiosk and when wanting something sweet we ordered a kitchen sink cookie and a brownie. We saw it saidone kitchen sink cookie left. When about to pay they must have saw we ordered the cookie before paying and the workers said to eachother. " someone ordered a kitchen sink cookie, they are going to be pissed when they get a oatmeal raisin. Oh wait we could give them a lemon cookie." My mom didn't hear It and I knew it was about us so I told her just order two brownies instead, so we did. The way they just talked about it was rude. When we got the food my mom was eating her sandwich and found a blonde hair in it and my sandwich had not much of anything in it. I wish we went to the one by Glenbrook mall cause they always for the most part do good. This location looked remodeled but that don't mean much if the service sucks.

Got a great sandwich, but doing self ordering at kiosk, I do Not like. I prefer telling a worker, that is familiar with it to take my order.

Last time I was on, I just wanted to buy some breadOnline it said they had loaves for sale. I drove over and the employees (rude kids) working said they cant sell it because they might need it for sandwich orders... twenty minutes before close... and I only wanted to buy two loaves. So, I ended up at s nearby grocery, but I wo dared what would have happened I'd I'd paid online ahead for pickup?

Food was cold, looked sloppy coming out the wrapper, and almost $30.00 for one meal, I’ll go elsewhere, lady at the register wasn’t friendly/welcoming felt rushed.

Ordered cinnamon roll and assumed it would be warmed up. It was not and I didn’t care for it. For the price, I was expecting to like it. The Chai Tea Latte was good.
