Stealing Second

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Ordered a pizza online. Second time this month and had a 2+ hour wait time. Impossible to contact online and next to impossible to cancel the order. The worker who answered the phone had an attitude in regards to my dissatisfaction. I will never order papa John’s again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this store. Pizza was to be delivered and no driver came to pick it up. No notification that it was never going to be delivered. When I called, worker was extremely rude and didn’t want to deal with the problem saying it was “above his pay grade”. Pizza was supposed to be for a meeting and so needless to say, no pizza and late for the meeting. Two thumbs down!

The manager elly or Emily she is amazing! She remade my pizzas because the online didn’t have the time I put to be ready. She smiled and said no problem and then gave the other pizzas because she wasn’t gonna use them. Her customer service was beyond! I will continue going there because of her!

Tried to order some pizza tonight. The process to order 2 large pizzas with one topping, over the phone toom way too long.I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived early and waited nearly 20 minutes. I walked in 30 minutes after placing my order. When I walked in I was told my pizza just went in and it would be another 20 minutes.When I expressed my frustration I was told "sorry we are short staffed". While I totally understand this is a legitimate issue, this issue should have been accounted for when quoting my wait time.I ordered pizza because it is quick and I was in a hurry. They ended up costing me more time then I would have spent saving the money and cooking at home.

I placed an order through their app. I paid $31.65. For everything, which their food was delicious. I did not leave a tip. I picked up my order and the employee had me sign a receipt for it before I got my food. Today I got a notification from my cash app saying my transaction with Papa John’s had change to $33.85 at 3 in the morning. I was very confused. So, I called and talked to whoever was in charge today. She had told me that it was from the tip. I told her that I did not leave a tip. She was very nice and told me she would have to figure out everything. I’m sorry to say but you guys have lost my trust. I will not be ordering from you guys again.
