I go to this penn station all the time…and yesterday I got my teriyaki wrap and a small French fry…the wrap tasted very strange and it immediately made my stomach hurt for the rest of the day badly…I kept running back and forth to the bathroom and even had to leave work early. I ordered my meal at least 2 hours early through the app because I know they’re busy & I thought this would help them because the wait time is always very long. I don’t complain because in the past they’ve always done a great job making my food. Not this time. I still had to wait despite my order being submitted 2+ hours early. But instead my wrap was made very badly, very dry and it has made me very sick. I’m not sure if the cleanliness is up to par. I’ve worked in the food industry, I get the part of not having a good amount of employees or adequate help. I get being the only manager and having to run the place and no one else care being the only person who cares. They usually do a great job. This is the first time this has happened since I’ve eaten there and I eat there a lot. But no one should be getting sick, leaving work from eating a meal from your facility.

Worst customer service experience ever. After reading some of these, i see im not the only person. I was the first in the store. Waited 6 mins before i was greeted(should have been my first clue). Finally i am greeted by 2 ladies from the back and they take my order & i move on. Another lady comes from the back & a guy with a back pack. They talk a bit & the guy with the back pack clearly clocks out. They continue to talk while im standing in front of the register & the guy, who is clocked out & ready to leave, collects both my payment & the people behind me then proceeds to leave. Meanwhile, the 3 women are just chatting amungst themselves. After about 15 mins of this, i inquire on my food. They tell me they need to remake a sub because they put something on it that wasnt supposed to be. Ok, i get it. Im frustrated, but happy my food will be correct. At this point, the phone rings, the manager awnsers the phone & i see one of the other girls start picking things off my sub instead of remaking it. I point it out to the manager who is at the register & off the phone. I ask her for a refund & she ignores me. At this point i blow up. She proceeds to tell me that she is too busy on thr grill & im going to have to wait. No. I was first in line. Your employee is picking through my sub & i have to wait. ??. So after 25 mins, & a girl picking through my sub that i was told was being remade, & being completely ignored by the manager when asking for a refund, the best service i got was from the man that was clocked out & headed home. To whomever this man is, i hope you have a long & great life & i appreciate you being the only bright spot in that horribly ran establishment. This is maybe the second review i have ever left. That is how bad my experience was.

Common sense was lacked when taking my order. I asked for a half sub, common sense would’ve told the man taking the order that it would be a 6” sub. In which he replied with he doesn’t have those. When asked to add jalapeños, I received the same response. And was instructed to go to Subway. Don’t go here. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! And they clearly don’t drug test their employees who have given reason suspicion.. That is all. Have a great day. ?

Don't know where to begin.Please talk with your employees about washing hands between mopping and touching food. Also, can you educate your employees about NOT CLEANING the metal grease catcher by the fries WHILE there are fries cooking. Just common sense, right?

It seems when the store manger is there, the sandwiches gets made properly and taste amazing. But even managers needs breaks so I hope their able to get good help there to continue how good it use to be. I understand how crazy high turn over is especially in the food industry.
