Good experience with helpful staff. I enjoyed this restaurant when I went, they have a decent sized menu with a wide verity of options. Our server was very knowledge about the menu and gave recommendations. The ambiance is a little strange but it works for the restaurant.

This is a fantastic restaurant. First time for my husband and I and it did not disappoint. Service was phenomenal, food was very good and came out quickly. Pho was great and the pad-thai was also. Highly recommend. Will return.

Door Dashed this place. I even called the restaurant and asked if they would please put Sriracha, hoisin and fish sauce in with our order. The man said yes. He even repeated back to me what I asked for. Guess what? He didn't send it like he said he would. Strike 1! Tried the Pho. It was mediocre at best. It was literally beef broth with no spices. Very skimpy on the beef as well. Strike 2! The crab Rangoon was actually very good and so was the sweet chili sauce to dip them in. Pho Shi didn't strike out completely, but it's gonna take a lot for me to order from there again.

I've eaten here a handful of times. It is always delicious and and fresh. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.Vegetarian options: There are an incredible amount of dishes with vegetables or tofu as a protein option. It is delicious. It is nice to have some of their main dishes as a vegetarian option.

The owner, Snow, is so nice and personable. She and her staff give excellent customer service and the food is delicious! Pho-Shi will make some entrees gluten-free for those who are sensitive. We drive across town to dine here and it is worth it!!!
