I have ordered the taco pizza & I had to go twice because they messed up my order when my wife & I specifically said no sausage. The 1st time we drove away from the pizza hut we had to go back because it was sausage without the taco toppings and they gave us the same pizza with sausage with the taco toppings after they lied to us that it wasn't sausage and we ordered beef. The quality of the training at that facility is very poor if I felt like going there for the third time.

I presented a Pizza Hut punch card for a complimentary buffet. The buffet card met criteria...however, was expired, due to the pandemic. I talked to the General Manager, at the Dupont location, in Fort Wayne... Sadly, he didn't greet me, or even smile, NO "people skills". He apparently didn't like my request, so he abruptly said, "I am not honoring your card...it's expired!". Then, he turned around and walked away. I found this experience to be "unacceptable". Pizza Hut discontinued the lunch buffet, "without notice" and now, is not recognizing the people who accumulated punches on their buffet card's. I have contacted Pizza Hut customer service...however, there has been no response. Shame on Pizza Hut for the way they are treating their customers. It's not about money, it's about principle...No MORE PIZZA HUT FOR MY FAMILY.

I have almost always had a good experience with Pizza hut. I have always received what I had ordered, even if what I ordered was ended up being gross, I still got exactly what I ordered ( no more Buffalo chicken and onion pizzas for me!).There are only a handful of times the order was wrong, but even then, it was still good pizza.

Let’s take a trip down memory lane back when Pizza Hut was the bomb! The cheese was plentiful, stretchy & hot! The thin and crispy was actually “thin & crispy” The pan pizza was soft and had just the right amount of crisp when it browned on the bottom. Toppings were plentiful & specialty pizzas were actually special! Remember ordering a pizza and when it arrived it was love at first bite??? This has been like a bad breakup… I’ve lost that lovin feeling. The pizza is a bland chewy cardboard mess and if you’re lucky it’s lukewarm. You try to rekindle the old feelings but it’s just not there. I’m breaking up with you Pizza Hut! Please stop texting me how special you are… it’s a lie & you know it!
