Horrible service!!!! Waitress never came back to the table she said she was “busy eating cupcakes someone gave her”. Never got refills. Waited 5 minutes at the counter to pay and no one to be found…. Picked up a phone so it would ring and finally someone came. Worst service

Always a joy going to dinner at Pizza King! The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are clean.The food is DELICIOUS! I would recommend the Royal Feast Pizza and breadsticks~my EVERY TIME order. The Stromboli is GREAT too.10/10. Would recommend!Dietary restrictions: Everything is peanut free ~ though, I would check on desserts. I've never personally tried them with my allergy.

My order was not made correctly. Pizza was cold. Baked spaghetti was made totally wrong. Paper thin bread sticks. Sub was made incorrectly. Called to have my order replaced and all they could do is offer me 50 percent off my next order. Would not replace food. Terrible service.

Wow PIZZA KING you need to get it together. Taking an hr to get a pizza in the dinning room is unacceptable. 3 people canceled their orders and left. Meanwhile they expedited all the door dash orders. KEY NOTE TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST. Home office you might need to get a manager at this location on bluffton rd in Fort Wayne.
This location has really gone downhill. Placed a carryout order for a specific time. Showed up at specific time (after a 20 min. drive). They had lost my order completely. They "didn't know what's going on with the system." Why is the system not writing orders down on paper and handling the order to the kitchen staff? I'll not return.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the entire team at Bluffton Rd Fort Wayne, Indiana location. They were all great when I arrived to pick up my pizza. I want to say, Thank you to Ryan. He took my phone order. I was a bit upset and fussed at Ryan about it. Ryan just took me and my fussing with a grain of salt and wanted to help me. Thank you! Ryan, you and the team turned my frown upside down! Thanks ?

Ordered and waited for 20 minutes like they said. Went inside after waiting only for them to have not made all of our order due to a mix up with tickets. Now we have to wait another 20 minutes or however long to get our order. You gotta stand there and watch them make it, I guess.
