If you're a first time Popeyes eater then make sure to ask questions, I made that mistake and had to deal with seeing a person roll their eyes, not something I want to deal with when going to eat ??♀️ can't eat spicy and I got what I've been craving honey barbecue bone in crunchy chicken, little did I know it's ghost pepper spicy ??? so instead of wasting almost 20 dollars I why back and explained I didn't see in the menu it was a spicy chicken can I exchange #rolloftheeyes. She gave me non barbecue stale strips because that's the only thing that isn't spicy and the ends were so stale and dried out I'd swear she gave me two day old chicken. Won't make that mistake again.

Managers here don't car and neither do the ROTATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES, THE OWNER MUST BE AN ABSINTHE OWNER, and doesn't care about his business, a whole new staff from the last time I was there I walk in to get my order they're to busy having a employee meeting to get me my food.. should be zero

Food portions were great. However, it was rather greasy. The service in the store was rather slow. We waited 15 minutes at the counter to order because all the employees seemed to be more concerned with drive thru orders than they were with in store customers. There seemed to be a lot of unhappy customers after we ordered who were waiting on food from mobile orders/door dash/GrubHub. Maybe I was there at the wrong time on the wrong day. Maybe sometime I will try this restaurant again and it will be better?
