I was very disappointed with my last visit. I had a coupon that expires in December 2024 several months from now. They refuse to accept it because they said they are supposedly "Under New Management". Even if that is true, if someone new bought the store they should honor coupons that were printed as long as they are within the expiration date (and it still is a qdoba). If a bank changes owners they cant arbitrarily change customers accounts. The same should apply to restaurants. My family as well as my neighbour's family don't plan on returning to this restaurant if that's how "New Management" treats the customers. Chipotle is a few doors down and I am sure that they appreciate their customers.

Ordered on the app on a Friday evening, when I arrived about ten minutes later I saw all the workers goofing around at a table. I waited outside for about ten minutes but none of them went to make food.I figured that maybe my food was ready, so I walk in and they almost knock their chairs over getting up and scrambling for the kitchen.Not a single soul greeted me or turned to acknowledge my presence, so I broke the ice and told the only worker that didn't run out of sight that I ordered on the app. He just told me to give them a few minutes.They had not even begun my order, so I waited for him to make it. All in all, I waited around 25 to 30 mins to find out that they hadn't even started my food, and 5 to ten minutes after I walked in for my food to finally be ready.Utterly atrocious service, my food wouldn't have ever been started until I entered the store.Does corporate even investigate these things? I don't know how a business can even stay open being like this.Never coming here again.

Big guy behind the counter was the only one running the whole place. He did a fantastic job. I knew what i wanted. But my brother had never been here before and the guy walked him through the process. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This guy could have very easily had a bad attitude since he was the only one there. Yet he chose not to. He deserves a big raise if you ask me. Great experience.
Don’t place an order online to pick it up, because ANYONE can just come in and grab what they want, apparently, and the workers don’t check with them.
