Staff was soooo nice to us! They were so professional and accommodating. And this was late at night too! We had just left BK and had such a bad experience and just drove off and went to Rally’s… and the staff treated us so good! Thank you. It was a refreshing experience. And everyone’s food was on point!
Here's the thing. Rallys has always been one of my favorite places to get quick food. I haven't had any issues with the food, only the businesses. Everytime I order from Rallys I get a simple Cheese Fry. That's all I want. Online there is no option to remove the chili so I call. But everytime I call there is no answer and the line is ALWAYS busy. Now I have no way of getting chili-less cheese fries. Either the doordash part should also allow cheese only or just answer the phones.

Upon this visit, with one vehicle in front of me I had to wait almost 10 min in line behind this car. The order placed was a meal and while waiting decided to change my mind from getting a small meal with a pop to just getting the entree and a large fry, not a complicated change especially since we had not paid yet.
