We had never been to a Red Robin before so wasn't sure what to expect. I got the haystack, which was very good. Loved the onions on it. And the side I got was coleslaw. It wasn't something I cared for but I'm sure others do. It sounded good and I wanted to try it. Nothing the restaurant did. My husband got the shrooms burger (I think that's what it's called) and onion rings. It was also very good. And I appreciated the fact that my husband and I were able to talk to one another without music being so loud! We love enjoying our time eating out but so many places have their music so loud you can't have a conversation.

This was my husband’s first time eating at Red Robin. He loved the burger with bleu cheese on it. My only disappointed was the beer. I love Blue Moon on draft. The beer didn’t taste right. I complained. The bartender told me she has complained about it before. She didn’t charge us for it. I also tried Miller Lite and it also had a strange taste to it. They tried to make it right. I hope they get it fixed.

Food was good. Waited a while at the front for a host to arrive. Then our waiter seemed to have forgotten about us after we ordered. With crying children and mediocre service, I can only say the food was this location's strength.

I always tell myself I'm not going back here.... But here I am, the food is not bad just a quick place to eat with the family.I got the tsunami shrimp entree with a drink my wife got the fish basket and my daughter got The pretzel bite appetizer and a drink as well as my wife had a drink. With tip it came over $60.00I can't come here anymore.
Tonight I went in for dinner with my boyfriends and was greeted by two very friendly hosts. There was a wait time of 20 mins and they took my phone number so I could wait in my car. Almost exactly 20 mins later we were seated in a nice area. My server was Punkin and she was so kind and so sweet. I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and Punkin took it very seriously. She made sure to double check that the gluten free dryers were working before putting my food in. Unfortunately they were not working this evening, however she offered me other side choices. I ended up getting the garlic Parmesan broccoli. I also had the Bacon Cheese burger on a gluten free bun. The food was fantastic and the gluten free bun was fresh and not stale. I asked for a steak knife and Punkin informed me she would wash her hands before bringing one out, and she also brought it out wrapped in a napkin. I have never been treated so kindly and made to feel like my allergy wasn’t a burden. I had a great date night and felt safe to eat there. I will 100% be back. Thank you Punkin for the great service.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
This place isn't what it used to be. A small onion ring appetizer is 6 rings for $8. The burgers look like something from a fast food place. One chicken breast is butterflied to count as two. The prices are ridiculously high, as expected these days. The servers do their job well.

We have been to red Robin's all across the country and this one was by far the worst.We were sat and it took our server 15 minutes to come greet us. Then it took another 45 minutes to get our food. After the first 20 minutes we asked for fries to hold us over and we didn't see those until after our food came out.When our food came out the entrees were all cold to boot and the burgers didn't even taste seasoned. I don't know who is running this store but they need to get it back on track.I was extremely disappointed.

If I could leave a 0 I would, poor costumer service, awful attitude, lack of common sense, waited an hour for my order just to get told that they gave it to the wrong person and refused to remake it. The young lady with the mullet, awful knowledgement of their own industry, poor management do not recommend.
