Food was very fresh! Great friendly staff! Get the purple ice cream too! We had a large party and they were so attentive and accommodating.

Ordered deluxe sushi and miso soup Togo. The fish pieces were thick and big. The rice could have been cooked a tiny bit longer, though - some rice felt like it was breaking into powder. For the price, I was expecting a whole roll - not half. I can't comment on service or ambiance since I just took my food to-go, but at a glance, the restaurant looked nice and fancy.

It was at night before their closing so the lightening in the pictures do not do it justice. The two pieces of shrimp with the tails intact inside the sushi was a bit odd, but I do eat the tails so I tried it. The tails were not an uncomfortable crunch in the mouth, nor seemed unappealing it still had some flavor.I loved the sushi, it was a solid rolling as a sushi chef myself. The packaging seemed to have ruined the top, but that limited space kept the sushi from rolling around in my car trip (I did not flip the bag 180).The flavor was still wonderful and I could taste every ingredient. Crown angel was well worth $18.

First of all the food is outstanding! I travel for work and honestly rely a lot on reviews from yelp when choosing my dining experience. I was so impressed with the food, service and beauty of the restaurant. I sat in a cozy spot in the bar area by the sushi bar. After a day of traveling it was so peaceful. The ambience is amazing. The minute you walk in you can feel what I'm talking about. I loved the soft music in the background. It actually was a beautiful day and they offer outdoor seating which overlooks a park. I would typically request setting outdoors, but due to the amazing ambience when I walked in, I had to sit indoors! The servers were great. Very attentive. The owner actually introduced himself to me while there. He mentioned that on the weekends they have a piano player. If I lived here, I would definitely check this out on the weekend. I noticed on other review they offer a sushi making class... that would be so much fun for a date night! I ordered the bento box because it had a nice variety. I added the salad with ginger dressing. The meal also came with a side of delicious broth soup. It was perfect. I'm so happy I added the salad with ginger dressing it was amazing. The dressing was perfect. I saw several people ordering the sushi. I would definitely try that next time I'm in town. The crab rangoon were the best I have ever had. The price was very reasonable! You will not be disappointed when coming here! Will definitely be adding this to my rotation when traveling to the Fort Wayne area!

Me and boyfriend’s food was literally cold, like they let it sit for too long before taking to our table. My water glass was empty for more than half the experience. The whole time we were neglected compared to the other patrons, we never got asked how our food was or updated upon. We waited so very long for cold appetizers and entrees. We had been so excited to visit to be disappointed . I don't hold it against the server too much but he spoke extremely quietly, maybe he was shy but my boyfriend had to answer him because I literally couldn't hear him at all.

We were a party of six on a very busy Valentine's Day weekend. The restaurant was full and there was a very cool sushi class going on (we'll be doing that next!). Despite the full restaurant, the service was good and the food was delicious. We had several appetizers and a variety of sushi and sashimi. I had a bento box which provided a wonderful variety of Asian food. All in all, great food, servce and ambiance. We'll be back!

My family and I were starving. We had a long day of shopping in Fort Wayne and needed a good meal. I told them I wanted to try Saisake. It had been years since I had good Thai food, and I was hoping I would find it in this place. I used to have three great places to have Thai food down in Miami, so moving here and finding none was a bit of a shock. Thankfully, I think with Saisake, we found a place finally for good Thai/Asian Fusion food in the area! Saisake has a great convenience feature in that it has a parking garage built into the building they are in. The parking garage is free and has an elevator that takes you near the entrance of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and comfortable. There are two areas, a dining area and a bar, and you cannot go wrong with either area. The service is excellent, our waiter took very good care of us! The food itself was magnificent! It was the best Thai/Asian Fusion food my family and I have ever had. We all started gyoza for the table as well as miso soup for each of us. The gyoza was perfect... my mom ate most of that dish! She was floored with how delicious it was! We were also impressed with how flavorful the miso soup was, my mom commenting on wishing Saisake was closer to where we live so she could have this often. My brother ordered for his main course the Crispy Chicken Katsu, he had some chili paste with it. He said this was the best Chicken Katsu ever! My mom had Lomein Noodles which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Sizzling Korean Bulgogi Steak, which was sublime. The flavor was absolutely amazing! We all resolved we would need to return to this restaurant eventually as it was a fantastic experience! If you are in the area, I strongly recommend and implore you all to eat here! This place is special!

Stopped with my girl she wanted to go out somewhere nice so we tried here thought it was a fine eating establishment was greatly disappointed quality of ingredients service and price were all far from a 130$ meal for 2 Tom yum was 90% broth tail on shrimp and about 6 pieces at best much better places for yum yum about the same story with the sushi I tried and beef bulgogi couldn't bring me a scoup of rice for my soup never checked water once the mochi was decent and on a high note the octopus balls were excellent but definitely better of at a famliy restaurant all imotion crab even in the crab Rangoon that's 3x anywhere else in town was sat at an out side table with an umbrella hole in the middle and outdoor chairs no leg room there more don't want to be nit picky but with tax and the 18% service fee which doesn't include tip is absurd was a terrible experience for the money maybe the fish isn't in season but talked to staff about my experience and asked just for a discount on an order of the bulgogi so my girlfriend would at least feel better that's all that really matters to me but very unlikely I'll ever eat here again unless I'm taking out an order of octapus balls first one I've had so no idea how they rank.
